Jax: I normally don't write very many reviews, but I feel compelled because I have had La Zeez so many times... and it is consistently SO good! I've driven past them for years, and one day decided to order on GrubHub. Best decision ever. Their beef and lamb gyro is out of this world delicious! You can tell everything is fresh and they care about the ingredients. I have never had a more juicy gyro in my life than La Zeez. I was always very impressed with the quality of the meat. I started craving them, and would order quite frequently for delivery.Today I had a doctor's appointment and I was excited because I knew it was right down the street, so I stopped in for the first time. There's a few places to sit and eat, but it looks like takeout is their main thing. The man who took my order was very friendly! The person before me asked if there was anything with ground beef and I heard the cashier say what he wanted wasn't ground beef, but he would be happy to grind the beef for him. I thought that was pretty cool that they would go to that extra effort to make a customer happy. I believe they are a family owned business, and I saw a woman in the back cooking, and she smiled at me when we met eyes.The wait wasn't long at all, and there are benches to sit on as well. Everything looked and felt clean as when I was looking around. But my goodness, the food! It was so good! Getting it super hot and fresh is awesome, however their delivery is consistently just as good!Thank you La Zeez for your great service and excellent food!

Welcome to Torrance, man!My aunt from Egypt was never afraid to criticize, but she thought it had some of the best food she'd eaten. It's hard to find good Mediterranean food in this area but this is as legit as you can get for miles. Good quality, generous portions, super friendly service, and it's getting more popular. It brings a tear to my eye to feel like other cultures are finally enjoying our food, I'm so happy. Thank you, La Zeez!

Adnan Mirza: I brought my family here and ordered chicken and beef kebab platters. The whole family enjoyed their food, and my beef kebabs were tender and tasty.The food was good, and the guy up front provided great service as well. I'll bring my family back here in the future.

Clay Spencer: Aristo Cafe is a charming little neighborhood gem. Family run for decades by a wonderful family, they clearly care about their food and their customers. The food was terrific, but the service was even better, starting with the complimentary pita and hummus. Reasonable prices, comfortable ambiance, and fantastic staff. Highly recommend.

Andrew Lewis: Had dinner with a friend before a club meeting nearby. I had the lamb kebabs, skipped the rice but went with extra veggies. Meat was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful. Vegetables were not overcooked, food arrived with artistic presentation. The staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and well maintained, dining room was comfortable and welcoming. I’m not in this area often, but hope I’m hungry the next time I am.

Yasamean Zaidi-Dozandeh: Went and tried their food on a Weekday evening. Tried their Combo #5 with 4 beef shish kabob, 4 chicken shish kabob, 4 lamb chops, and 4 boneless chicken kabob. I also ordered a side of doogh. Their doogh doesn’t come carbonated, and was good, but wasn’t what I was expecting. The boneless chicken and beef were both cooked well and weren’t dry. The lamb chops were a little chewy but overall they were okay. I was a bit surprised they gave sumac on the side without me asking which was definitely a service plus! The size of the rice and mast o khiar may be a little small for two people, but it never hurts to ask for more. Overall, it was a pretty good experience!

Genevieve Martinez: was so tender. I had the beef. The other plate that was ordered was a chicken kebab. We also shared a baklava, which came with 2 pieces, which was perfect. And don't forget to try their persian hot tea.

John Sheridan: I ordered take out. Orders the Lamb Kabob. I liked it and will be back again. Not a great picture of my meal when I got home but it is what it is.
