Rp: The owners and the other employees were very helpful and hospitable. I was having a bad rash on the back of my neck from my 14-karat gold necklace. One of the workers there said that it was the oxidation that was built up on the necklace. They set it off for a special cleaning, and sure enough! I could wear the necklace again! No rash! The necklace looks beautiful!!

Peter Barrale: I would highly recommend. Ken and his team at Gold Italia did an incredible job helping me create my fiancée's dream engagement ring and wedding band.1. Communication. Incredible. I had ideas for the rings and showed him several pictures, within a few days he had examples and designs to show me - he nailed it! He was clear about expectations and budget and continued to revisit the discussions through out the process.2. Service and expertise. I did not know much about rings and was scared to start the process. He taught me everything I needed to know, the do's and do-not's, and the red flags of purchasing jewelry and diamonds. He was punctual and extremely kind and considerate. They really care about the customer and making them happy. He made a daunting process very easy and stress free.3. Trustworthiness. This is a well run, trusted, family business. I would trust Ken and the team with anything. He had great follow through and very honest the entire time.4. Most importantly - My Fiancée is still staring and adoring the ring.Again, I had zero issues and wouldn't change a thing about working with Gold Italia. I wish I would give 100 stars. This was all done over the phone and cross country. I had 0 concern throughout the whole process and really trusted them. Support smaller family businesses!!

I needed an anniversary gift for my gf and sales associate Diego made my experience so welcoming. His patience, his grace, his knowledge, and the way he talked to me, it was if we knew each other forever! I even went back the next day to exchange the selection from the day before and the experience was still top tier! The necklace I chose was nice but the other one he helped with after was amazing and was still around the same decent price! The value he adds to this company needs to be recognized if it hasnât been already! Iâll be a returning customer just based on him and the experience he gave me. If anyone goes into this store and wants a true genuine experience ask for DIEGO!

We looked at rings and tried several rings on until we found a style we liked. Sam worked with us on the options and explained everything we needed to know. We were really well taken care of. Sam also repaired and cleaned our original wedding set including new prongs for the center diamond. Now the original ring can be worn on a different finger. We visited the store a week later to pick up the rings. I'm so excited to wear my new rings! The customer service is wonderful and we had a great experience with Sam throughout the process. We highly recommend Sam and the other employees at Modern Jewelers!

I originally brought it to a big name jewelry store and learned that I needed a few stones re-pronged. Since my ring is platinum, they quoted me over $500 dollars. I walked out. I searched high and low for a trustworthy jeweler that wouldn't break the bank. That's when I came across a multitude of reviews for Modern Jewelers and Sam.I am so glad I found this place. This will forever and always now be my go to jeweler. He charged a fraction of the price, told me to come back every 6 months for a cleaning and prong check, and returned my repaired engagement ring looking shinier than I ever remember it being! He is kind, personable, and Cynthia is sweet and amazing, also! I cannot recommend Sam and Modern Jewelers enough!
