Calma Lai: I almost went to the old location. I didn鈥檛 know that they moved until I looked up the hours operation. It wasn鈥檛 as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I started an application online in the morning for a name update/change. The office is open 9am-4pm Monday thru Friday. I went in at 3pm without an appointment. I checked in at the kiosk and waited around 20 minutes for my number to be called. The worst part was finding parking. It鈥檚 only street parking. The surrounding lots are all permitted. All the employees were friendly and helpful.
G Kawa: We didn't have an appointment and our wait was 1 hour. We got there at 1 pm on a Wednesday.Parking is only street parking, we only walked 1 block so not so bad.Customer service was really nice.
Micheal Douglas: I don't get what folks are complaining I've never had a problem there apart from the waiting they pretty much always have answers for me.
Jennifer Chewoian: The one in Torrance only asks that you have your phone on silent and they don鈥檛 search bags . Don鈥檛 bring food unless it鈥檚 closed bottles or closed packages. I brought my vape but didn鈥檛 use if of course. I was there about under a half hour to get a replacement card. The one in downtown LA didn鈥檛 allow vapes and checks bags.but it was fast ad well. Torrance was nice though. I went on a Tuesday and there was a long line to get in but it went quickly. I spent about half an hour in total there. Very fast.
Chun Edward: When I arrived around 8:50 a.m., there were about 30 people in front of me. It took 30-35 minutes to get a re-ticket and come out. There was a guard to create an atmosphere for those waiting outside, and the people working were also quick... the only drawback. It's hard to find parking...
JANET HERMANN: I HAD A GOOD EXPERENCE ONCE I HAD THE RIGHT PAPERWORK..HAD TO RETURN, ONLY WAITED 10 MINUTES
Marshmallow Iron: Parking is street only. Waited 15 minutes to be seen and was out after 30 minutes total. Security guard was a nice helper.

Steve Butterfield: Even though the post office was very crowded on Saturday morning the busy attendant made time to get me some flat rate boxes that were supposed to be out front. He did this without making me wait in a very long line. Great service.
