Alexa Warren: but when the day came we realized how necessary and how helpful Cory and Taneel really were. They were ALWAYS 3 steps ahead of us, completely on top of everything, so patient and understanding when we had a hiccup with our venue... 48 HOURS BEFORE OUR WEDDING!!!! Taneel dealt with all of our vendors for us and updated them on the venue change when we weren't able to handle dealing with small details like that. We are Canadian and were in LA in February to meet all of our vendors and Christina was very accommodating about meeting us when and where it worked best. I completely understand why people rave about having a wedding planner and Taneel and Cory KILLED it. They helped make the day as beautiful as it was. We are so thankful for them.

Randi Maggid: I decided one day on a whim that I wanted to throw a surprise party for my husband's birthday ! But how would I pull it off ! I turned to Mackenzie at The Party Solution. She created the perfect element of surprise. I walked out of the house with my husband to have drinks with friends when my son called to tell us there was an emergency. When we came home, my son walked us back into the yard which had magically been turned into a beautiful Moroccan-style party with low tables, tapestries and decor, a bartender, a grill, chef, great food, music, and all my husbands friends waiting for us. My husband was so surprised he couldn't talk for a minute! We had the best time! Then a gorgeous belly-dancer showed up for a second surprise! Everyone was dancing. Tina Wagner: The best!!! I contacted them days before my back yard graduation for my two eldest children. I was beyond devastated my kids wouldn't have a graduation, so I was looking for something special, and boy did they do special! Not only did they communicate beyond effectively with me, but they were super flexible and accommodating. They showed up on time and did an amazing back yard graduation set up, along with school logos and all! They are also two of the nicest strangers I have ever met. I had quite a few calls interviewing some of the "best" wedding planners in the business, but as soon as I had my call with Sandra, I fell hard and committed right then and there.Say I do to to Details goes above and beyond and it doesn't matter what you are spending, they will make sure EVERYTHING is perfect and will bend over backwards to make sure you and your soon to be spouse are comfortable with the whole process of getting married.I was very hands on with my wedding that went from non traditional to a semi- traditional party to TRADITIONAL but with caveats , and way too many changing celebrity performances -and so many of our own spins. Sandra and Paola didn't bat an eye but rather, embraced it all and suggested some of the best caterers, staging, lighting, staffing, etc. that would make the vision I had for the day come to life and worked within a budget but also made a very large, ever changing guest list with some very big names feel intimate and fun and very coordinated and catered too.SIDTD not only made my wedding arguably one of the best wedding in terms of guest experiences, but one of the best wedding in terms of the planning experience.I highly suggest them and I highly suggest that you trust the amazing professionals they suggest in terms of catering, cake, lighting, staging, etc. - they will definitely make sure you will not be disappointed. Karissa Medina: Paola and her team did a the tremendous job! Michael and I got engaged in 2019 and we were going to get married in 2020. However with the pandemic—everything got postponed. It was a bride‘s nightmare! We postponed our wedding three times! However, with Paola and her team she made everything super easy and carefree. I did not have to worry about any of my contracts because she took care of all of that and ensured that everything was going to be ok. Bessie Coronado: Paola and her team were wonderful in designing and taking care of all the details for my daughter's 2nd Birthday Party, Frozen themed. I'll admit I like to know what's going on through all steps of the planning process. Once I talked to Paola about it, I felt reassured things would come together. Cynthia Jimenez: Mia Kartsonis and her team went above and beyond for our wedding. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! She is phenomenal! Hands down-best wedding coordinator ever. Mia helped make my dreams come true. She guided me from the very beginning and always made sure that all concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner. She is kind, competent and easily puts you at ease when the wedding planning becomes stressful. She will take care of anything that you may be worried about. Mia will talk to vendors and make sure that you get the best deal possible. Unfortunately, my father passed during this time and Mia was the sweetest most compassionate coordinator ever. She sent me flowers and told me to take my time to mourn, which really helped get my life in order at the time since now I had a funeral to plan as well.Anyway, my wedding was just five days ago and everyone is still raving about how beautiful my wedding was. People have said that it was 'one of the best weddings' they've ever attended. Thank you, Mia!Also, Mia has a decor rental available for every package, which can save you $100's on decor that you will only need once for your wedding. Mia also uses a wedding planning platform, Aisle Planner, which helps you and her stay connected during the planning process. You are able to view your venue's layout, arrange tables, seats/guests, and timelines all in one place. This is a wonderful tool for people like me, who love to stay organized. This helped tremendously! She was able to view my changes and vice versa. Another cool thing that Mia provides is a detailed 3D view of your venue and the decor discussed. They handled all the details of our wedding with such care and professionalism. She also headed off any foreseeable problems during setup and scheduling. We knew she had the experience we needed for our event to run smoothly.For example, on the day of the wedding, the wedding cake arrived without any of the decorations that were clearly detailed in the contract. Mia did not miss a beat and called the baker and made sure that the cake was fixed to perfection.Hugo was the perfect assistant with is experienced in florals. Mia and Hugo both stepped in when I needed help with the set up of the garlands on the alter rail in the church, when having them fully arranged before travel was not going to work after all. And the way they arranged the flowers there — and later placing them at the reception was quite the sight to see and just perfect!We could not have executed this wedding day without Mia and Hugo and definitely would recommend them to others wishing to plan a wedding or event. We will be forever grateful that they were our team!

Robin Wolfe: Huge shout out to Mia for helping make my wedding day a success. I underestimated how much I needed help and she jumped in and made sure everything went smoothly. This includes coordinating all of my wedding vendors, the timeline, my guests and wedding party. I could not have done it without her!!Her software helped me keep everything organized including timeline, seating charts etc. On the day of, she kept things flowing and was shuffling around so gracefully but I know she was managing all of my million needs. She even helped me move all of my wedding stuff to my bridal suite at the end of the night to help clean up. She is a rock star and you need her for your big day!

At some point in the process you may be tempted to save some money, thinking you’re organized and have it down. Do not listen to that thought! For the record, I have experience planning events for several hundred people so I know what goes into an event. I couldn’t have been happier to have Pastiche helping us out along the way, making sure all details were coordinated and situated, especially on the day of. Having my pastiche team made sure my fiancé and families could enjoy the day instead of worrying about details and running around. I was so happy to hand over the reigns and enjoy myself knowing how much they took care of everything. Everyone on their team knows their stuff - we had questions about ceremony prep, music, flowers, etc. and they had an answer or fix to everything. Most importantly, they run interference for you so you don’t have to worry about everything going on. It’s so important to have that time with your new spouse, friends, and family. It wouldn’t have been possible without our fantastic coordinators! Everyone on the team is extremely responsive, detail oriented, productive, and a true pleasure to work with. There was no question too wild or detail to small for this team. I am so happy to have had this team with me for the wedding journey and day!!

She checked in on us in the lead up to the wedding to make sure we were where we needed to be and took care of the things our previous planner dropped the ball on.The most important part of the planner's job is to make sure the day of the wedding goes off without a hitch and Mia definitely delivered. She organized all the vendors, guests, flipped our venue from the ceremony to the reception and helped clean up afterward. It didn't matter what time it was, she would be available when we had questions. Being a business owner myself there are some things that stick out when you know you are working with the right person.
