I did not know much about rings and was scared to start the process. He taught me everything I needed to know, the do's and do-not's, and the red flags of purchasing jewelry and diamonds. He was punctual and extremely kind and considerate. They really care about the customer and making them happy. He made a daunting process very easy and stress free.3. Trustworthiness. This is a well run, trusted, family business. I would trust Ken and the team with anything. He had great follow through and very honest the entire time.4.
