Practitioner Mrs Michel Wall dealt with my condition for 2 months until she found a medication that worked. I couldn’t get a sooner appointment with my primary doctor so Mrs Wall, NP stayed diligent on my case each time I went in to Exer Urgent Care. She was personable, caring, and funny. I can’t say enough positive things about this amazing medical professional! If I could give 20 stars to her and this facility I would!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I have had the most wonderful experience so far with this service and particularly with my new doctor, Ellen Crowe MD.My initial medical evaluation began with a lab tech who came to my home a week before I was to meet with Dr. Crowe. The tech was a lovely person, very warm and professional. She drew my labs painlessly and did an ECG.The next week, Dr. Crowe came to my home for our appointment. She spent well over an hour with me. We mostly just chatted, covering every aspect of my medical history, my current health status, and my lifestyle around food and exercise. I did not feel rushed and sensed that Dr. Crowe was taking in every single thing I said. She went over my lab results and began to discuss a possible treatment plan for me moving forward.A few days later on their Spruce portal, I began receiving messages from Dr. Crowe. One was very long and personal, a detailed plan moving forward of how I can maximize my good health by making some changes. I’d been on a hypertension medication for many years that left me feeling tired all the time. I’d gained weight because exercise felt like such a chore. Dr. Crowe changed my medications, and added another to help me lose weight. She was adamant about me getting back to the gym. We interacted every week over the next couple of months as she monitored my progress and my blood pressure readings.I am already reaping the benefits of these changes, feeling better than I have in years, exercising regularly, and losing weight as well. I feel like I am getting the best possible medical care to insure many more years of healthy living.I strongly recommend this medical service. The medical staff I have encountered through House Call Doctor are compassionate, responsive, and flexible. I particularly appreciate that Dr. Crowe stays on top of current medical science in making recommendations for my care.

When we called in a panic on a Saturday morning due to an elderly family member needing immediate attention, they were there in a hurry. Rocky Sedgeworth: One week after our 5 yo took a hard head impact on concrete and we'd made several phone calls and a visit to our pediatrician, his goose egg reappeared on Saturday afternoon. Panic, and a visit to Dr. Arlene Alikian, she did THOROUGH exam, thought she detected ridges near impact point and insisted on CT scan. NAILED IT! Adventist Health Simi Valley scan found cranial fracture and epidural hematoma. Because of Dr. Alikian's great instincts and patience, our son is now fine. THANKS Dr. Alikian!

We have new insurance and were referred here.Received great care, staff was polite and professional, Doctor was thorough, and answered all my questions. Diagnosis was not even close to what I brought him for, so I'm grateful she took the time and had the experience to know what she was looking at.It's located in an older building on the boulevard, frankly the exterior could use some work.
