Laya Benson: I wouldn't have written this review unless I really thought it's worth it, I have been shipping for decades now and have had horrible experiences with 3 different shipping centers now. I now have been shipping through the UPS store for a couple of years now when by chance I'd assumed that things had changed because of the new employees, which was true, but also under new ownership that can't do anything about the older reviews unfortunately. Please trust me when I say that the young gentleman that bought this store is worth giving him a try, I take my name very seriously and put it upfront and center because people who know me know that I rarely write reviews or ratings unless they've earned not just my business, but my trust. First try make sure it's with the owner, he's the only one thus far that I can stand by.Laya Benson
David Kiemle: I purchased an Auction of several small items, it was local to this UPS store. I emailed to ask if they could pickup, pack and ship my items. The Store owner, Ami was extremely helpful and offered to take the project on. He managed all the aspects of contacting the auction house to arrange scheduled pickup and he called to ask me exactly how I wanted the items to be pack and shipped. I would highly recommend this UPS store for the awesome handling of this project. His prices were fair, and service was extremely quick. Thank you!! I will be using his services again.

Monique Secreto: I came in to scan our old estate planning documents prior to updating our trust. Chase was one of 2 employees working today. He was so kind, professional and helped me scan hundreds of pages quickly. I ended up breaking their only scanner so I couldn't complete my scanning but he was so wonderful, patient and kind even though I took up a ton of his time. I truly appreciated his effort. He is an excellent employee who should receive at least a verbal appreciation.
Julie: I ordered 5 canvas prints online. But the way I cropped the images meant I would lose part of the image to wrapping around the sides of the canvases. I did not have the ability to re-crop the original images, but I was able to email the originals to Karla Trinh at FedEx. She took them and re-cropped them so that the complete image that I'd originally sent was on the front of the canvas and the remainder of the image wrapped around the sides.It would have been a lot easier for Karla to blur the image around the sides, but because the sides of these canvases will be in full view, I really wanted the original image to continue wrapping around the sides. I know this was a lot of work for Karla, but I'm grateful for her time because it really made a difference in our living room. Thank you!
diana fernandez: Really great helpful staff..small store though, only 1 copying machine where rude entitled people hog it up, but the staff helps you out if they know people are being rude & disrespectful and will copy your paperwork for you if they have to.

William Nethercott: ! We have sent packages as far as Australia and we have never had any issues. It is hard to find businesses that really care about you anymore, but Heather and her staff are not one of them. You will not be disappointed.

Heather was so helpful and packaged and took care of everything so nicely! Even went the extra distance to suggest she make a copy of my return form for me to hold on to. Today I went and was helped by Amber it was a few minutes before closing. She was friendly and took the time to answer my sending questions. As I left I realized I complete a form, that I had mailed incorrectly. I immediately called , Amber answer and took the time to wait while I corrected the issue. I was still able to get it out today. That was excellent customer service!! Amber saved me, Thank you so much!!!馃槉 because of this I will continue using and referring this location! 馃憤

Bryce: All I've ever used this place for is to drop off packages for UPS that already where packed and labeled. Never had a problem, however if there is a line it can be slow because there usually is only ever one person working at a time.
