James Sponsler: I stayed here 1 night with my family and had no complaints. The hotel is clean, the staff was courteous. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. The free breakfast was respectable. I was glad that the TV could easily login to my Netflix. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Walmart neighborhood market.Walkability: Next to Walmart and restaurantsFood & drinks: Free breakfast
Kevin Powers: Hilton Diamond member for 4 years now, have stayed at Hiltons all over the world. This place is one of the classiest Hampton’s I have ever stayed at. Having said this, I have to add; Serving breakfast at 0630 instead of 0600 like everywhere else is super inconvenient for those of us who live and work on the road. Missing breakfast is not a fun start to the day.
Mike: Nice hotel off the highway in Thousand Oaks. Recently stayed here for one night on a road trip before continuing to Santa Barbara. The rooms were spacious, nicely renovated, and very clean. The hotel also offers free breakfast which was nice.Giving four stars instead of five because of noise. If you have a room close to the highway, you may hear some noise from traffic so I would recommend requesting a room further away from the highway. Overall though we had a nice stay!
Russ Spencer: Parking was convenient, spa and pool both were heated . Room was very accommodating, perfect size, bed was comfy. Shower had good pressure, only one issue toilet would take forever to fill, but they fixed it. Breakfast you could take it or leave it. Coffee was excellent. Pricing as a walk-in was excellent for the area.
Tiffany Henderson: This location was absolutely perfect because it was less than 10 minutes away from the location I was working at, and it was conveniently located next to a Walmart and across the street from Ralph’s grocery store. I loved it because I cook for myself in the ease of access to groceries made it even better. The rooms and the layouts were very nice and clean. The staff were respectful, friendly, and nice. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast much here but I love that they created these like breakfast doggy bags for you to on the go that included water bagel, peanut butter, butter, butter, and jelly, cream cheese, or such. I don’t really get housekeeping anymore because of my dog being in the room when I’m not , and me not being there during housekeeping hours . My only complaint is that I had a broken sink the entire time of my stay. Someone from Maintenance came to fix it one day, and it literally got clogged again within an hour. I also found it weird that whenever I got packages delivered, no one from the front desk called me to let me know that it arrived . I literally would have to go to the front desk. Ask if there was a package for me and someone would check . I guess I’ll just wasn’t used to that . Overall, I’d definitely come back to this location.

James Owens: We felt this was one of our better hotel stays that we’ve had in quite a long time. The only thing I would do different in the future is maybe asked to be further away from the lower floors where people are actually doing things outside.Rooms: Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Then included microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot along with central air and other amenities. All worked well.Safety: We felt that because the doors had to be opened with a key that only hotel guest would be entering the room area. Which in my mind is very safe.Food & drinks: The restaurant they have attached to this hotel the Pizza Cookery was extremely good.Took me back to the last time I had visited one of these locations nearly 20 years ago.
Ashlee Flynn: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, especially for the price. I truly feel like this is the cleanest place I have stayed. The front desk and housekeeping team and so so kind and helpful. It's a beautiful property with great views in and out of the room. There's a beautiful courtyard my 2 year old is loving to run around. This place is also so central, it's great will stay again

The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent and the price includes a substantial buffet breakfast of hot and cold foods.The location is conveniently close to the freeway and several retailers and restaurants. As a solo female traveler, safety is my foremost concern and I felt safe here. My only concern is that it was a little noisy at times

Great room, delicious breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff.I felt safe and that my truck and trailer were secure at night.Great location, very central to anywhere in the area, L.A., beaches, etc.I went on a trail ride that was advertised on the Best Western web site on their activities page.It was, overall, an excellent experience.Rooms: I had a fourth floor room with a balcony overlooking the parking lot, upon my request.The room was great! I felt right at home for the duration of my stayNearby activities: There's list of activities on the BW web site. I went on a trail ride the the Malibu hills at Paramount Ranch. Super fun!Safety: I travel alone for business and security is important to me. My truck and trailer were parked in my line of site from my room.The key card access doors worked well and I had no issues with de-magnetization of my access cards.

Allyne Marcon-Dawson: , the gorgeous and extensive beach, and the sunset. 😍The staff was great. The person who assisted us with vallet the car and taking our luggage to the room was excellent.Our room felt like a spacious 1 bedroom condo! It had a dining table, a seating area, 2 TVs, and 2 bathrooms! The only reason I knocked down stars from the bedroom is because we had people above us and sound insulation was poor. The second reason is because the way the room was designed, if the curtains were open, it felt like a fish bowl with people walking by very frequently right next to the glass sliding door.Nevertheless, I'd stay in this property again.

Mary Tall: The service has been amazing 🤩 we have been a couple times now. It’s perfect for families traveling with children. This resort has daily activities for the kids. We’ve done the Planting strawberries, cooking making, bubble party, dance parties.Highly recommend ordering the Henry’s Hammer 🔨 such a decadent meal. You order it the day before and the chef serves it to you tables side.They offer fitness classes that were great. I did the CrossFit class along with the yoga 🧘🏻♀️ classesWalkability: Park nearby about a 5 minute walk
Andi Metzler: What a hidden gem! This was my first time staying at the resort and it did not disappoint. We did a girls night with three moms and five daughters and had such a blast. We ate at the restaurant on site twice and it was delicious. The pool time was fun, especially the hot tub since it was a cooler day. And being right on the beach made it feel like a real vacation even though we were only one town away. We will definitely go back.

Joe Jeffs: . He showed up and literally did not quit until the issue was fixed. So to Americas Best Value Inn. Please recognize someone that should be the actual maintenance manager. Also the notations that have been and are being done look fantastic. I’m sure I’ll be back even if it’s only to say hi to Joel.
INT3RNATIIONALL LIKEWORLDWIDE: , TVS ARE NICE SIZE, IT IS QUIET HERE NO PARTYING OR LOUD NOISES, THIS IS A PEACEFUL HOTEL ENVIRONMENT YOU CANNOT GET NO BETTER THAN THIS AND THE PRICES ARE AMAZING 🤩… Also the location is great there is a Denny’s in the parking lot, massage parlor, gas station, it’s across from a shopping mall that has the whole idea from TARGET, DOLLAR TREE, CHIPOTLE and so many more stores … Walmart near by, CVS, Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s Grocery stores … Taco Bell, McDonalds, Liquor store

sunday sears: The service was good he was real nice he said next time instead of going through other traveling give them a call and they'll give you a good rate The room was nice and clean the bed oh my gosh it was so comfortable it's got one of memory foams and your body just sinks right into it when you want to get a good night's sleep you'll get it if you love your bed your would love the room that he gave me was super quiet I didn't have nothing around my door or outside my window this only bad side is the breakfast is grab and go I had such a good night sleep and I set my alarm for 7 I woke up way too early 4:20😳 and since I had a motor coach bus I was able to park my bus inside the parking lot in front of the buildingI would have gave them a Five Star Plus but due to the breakfast was grab and go they are still under the pandemic
Alex Drown: Great staff, great service. Everything was very clean. There was a really cool digital mirror in the bathroom, it light's up when you touch it. Felt like I was in the future or space. My room was huge, it had a mini fridge and a couch. I really enjoyed my stay. Oh, and there is beautiful waterfall next to the gazebo! Thank you Quality Inn & Suites Thousand Oaks.

He eventually found the wallet and gave it to me.The staff went above and beyond in a time of crisis, I cant thank them enough. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. You wont be dissapointed, especially if you are a frequent traveler.

Susan Avery: First, I can’t say enough about the wonderful employees. I was traveling alone, 1st time to California from east coast and Andrew at front desk welcomed me as if family. Very nice and helpful with any questions! Felt safe and at home the entire trip!!!! He and all the staff were very accommodating. One day I had an odd request for something to help with the festival I was attending and they went out of their way to help. I was also the aggravating customer with questions about the bill because I had never used points and they again were very patient with me.The rooms were clean, had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast, just like any other hotel. Eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, juice, coffee what else do you need! Thousand Oaks is a perfect, beautiful, safe place. I was anxious about the trip but because of this experience I want to go back and definitely stay at Townplace Suites!Thanks Andrew for welcoming me to California!

Enjoy the breakfast but would love to see a little more variety besides breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal. The food is good, just repetitive.Nearby activities: 300 ft of bars and restaurants.
cherry baby: but the front desk worker got me checked in, with a late check out. Noon on the dot I was getting a call about check out. So the afternoon attendant wasn't informed about the late check out time. Overall a decent stay in a convenient location
Huy Tran: Service was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurants and bar within walking distance. There were some issues. 1. Key stopped working second day for several people in different rooms. 2. I came back to my room with the tv on advertising, freaked me out thought someone broke into the room or I entered some one else’s room. 3. I could hear the fridge compressor all night in the single bed room. 4. Only one elevator so if you get a room at the far end it’s quite a walk each time. The elevator also says 2 people or one family recommended…

Paulius Liutkus: Nice consulate office, located near Santa Monica, where there is quite large Lithuanian community. I have been here in May, during the Presidential elections. The service was quite prompt, and staff was polite and friendly. Definitely, if anyone need help to visit Lithuania, or need help from Lithuanian government, I would recommend a visit to the Consulate office!
