Phillip Bohl: we needed a washing machine immediately. As you probably know it is difficult to get the washer you were looking for in stock on the day you want it. My wife decided to go to Pacific Sales to see what they had. We have done business with them before and have been very happy with their service and selection. This time was no exception. Our sales person, Ryan, was very patient and answered all of our questions and in the end he also helped us save some money. So we got the model we wanted and got it delivery in the timeframe we needed it. What more could you ask for? Oh, we also saved money!

Darren Gorden: My family recently purchased a washer & dryer and had them delivered and it came by surprise the white units were different colors. These are in the house and it's important they match. We called our sales person Doug and he understood and also shared in our dismay. Doug lead us to the Store Mgr who we have never dealt with but was extremely friendly, listened and took complete change of the situation and gave us options. Chanell walked us thru the entire process that took less than a week and wanted her customers happy. In turn we bought the All State Protection Plans as she suggested and feel she is a true leader for her clients and her staff. I will refer Chanell, Doug and WDC to all our friends & family.
