Thunderstryke: My school placed their order for our graduation cap & gowns here months ago. I missed the day that they came to measure us and I waited till that last moment to give them my info. I know- my fault- anyway, graduation was in 2 days so I found their info online and drove to their factory. I say factory because this is definitely not a store. I went in & was greeted by the lady at the front desk, I didn't get her name, sorry, but she was nice and tried to help me but told me that they don't really sell the gowns to people as they are a manufacturer but she heard me out and said she'd get a sales rep to help me. The sales lady asked for my school and quickly checked her files for my school info. The gowns HAVE to match everyone else's. Her team got together and took my measurements and they had to check in their warehouse if they had any left in my school colors and my size because guess what- it's graduation season and they've sold out on almost everything. Long story short, I got lucky, they were able to sell me my cap & gown and tassel. Gave me instructions on how to wear it and what to do the night b4. All in all they made a very stressful situation much less stressful for me! They did charge me extra for a "rush fee" but I was happy to pay it so I could walk the stage at graduation. Thanks for helping me out!
