Jon Becerra: The staff are so nice at the Thousand Oaks location. Painless blood draw is a real plus for me being needle phobic.
Walt Tramontana: You wash your hands, they tape everything up, lock your stuff, hand them the key, lock the door, handle your business, zip up and give them the specimen, then they'll let you wash your hands, sign the label for the cap, give you a print out, and you're done. 3-5 day turn around was quoted.

Mara: Highly recommend Westshore Medical Draw! I just went for the first time today. I understand why they get such glowing reviews. I鈥檓 anxious when I get blood draws and have gotten lightheaded before. I also have small veins which are easy to miss. I told them about my tendency to get lightheaded so they had me lay down on an examining table for my draw. I closed my eyes and it was over quickly and painlessly. She got the blood on the first attempt and was talking to me to distract me. I didn鈥檛 get sick and I was out of the office in less than five minutes without an appointment. I appreciate the other reviewer who mentioned going up the stairs, turning right, walking to the end of the hall, and turning left to find their unit.
