Bigconman77: Great huge new location, with indoor race track, crawler course, and drone course. I was just here again, after a few years. I was treated like royalty by a guy I just met! I had called earlier in the day, and I said I'd bring in my plane after work to have a servo checked out, I walked out with I don't want to say, just for his protection, but if he OKs it I'll change my post, but my plane flys perfect again. As good as new, if not better! The crawler course has really expanded and is super extreme. I saw 60°-65° inclines, maybe more, and totally off balance by rocks and such, and was like yeah right, than a dude pulled out his 24th scale crawler and struggled, and finally made it up, then he pulled out his 6x6 10th scale, 2 speed, and tore up the carpet with speed, then totally conquered the steep parts with torque, and every other part of the course with plenty of power to spare. I was amazed. The employee, I forget his name, I have the worst name memory, but I'm gonna return a lot and get to know him, but he runs a crawler group. They have a table to work at and everything, not to mention, the store is stocked with more than all you can imagine, including tools, and parts. Best experience just got so much better, and I've been going there since there old location probably 40 years or so ago. The race trace is awesome too, badass intact, but I was blown away by the crawler course.

The crawler course is amazing, and a good chance to test your new equipment. Based upon my experience, I'm already planning on adding to my RC garage. Worth the drive from Ventura every time... check it out!
Phil Kreis: Marty's Hobbies is a great place to feel like a kid again. The guys are so helpful and friendly. You can even race your RC car or challenge skills on an off-road course. Located at 270 Conejo Ridge Ave, Thousand Oaks, CA 9136.

I guess theres always lots of customers on daily basis. I went in there and in 5 mins waiting for available staff, she was able to help me what i needed. I also noticed that they even have tutorials for apple users on a big screen and some stools to sit in.

Highly recommend!

Much recommended place for repairs, and in my case it made the incredible hassle and timewaste of going through the official DJI service, even when the device is in warranty, totally unnecessary.

Jeffrey Nguyen (VietRolla): It's a small R/C Shop and its really the only one relatively close by and one of the only ones in Simi Valley. I couldn't find what I needed and the stock is kind of low but the owner is extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Jake: Over the course of a week or so I had an order or two every day. Not once did they fail to send out my order the next business day or the same day for orders I placed early in the day. I cannot sing their praises high enough. Their prices and speed make them my go to any day. If they have the product I’m looking for in stock I’ll choose them over anyone else no second thoughts. If you live in SoCal it is very likely you will have whatever you ordered the day after they say it’s sent out.

Pyro has an amazing reward system, not only is it one of the top reward programs for your fpv purchases, the customer support is where it is top notch.As I mentioned it has been a little over a year since my last purchase, but I knew that I had some reward points banked up and a $30 off reward for my next purchase. I tried to put an order together today, and a little issue with the code not updating correctly, so I started a chat and within 15 minutes I was closing out my purchase utilizing my rewards from my previous purchases. I know there is a lot of places to get FPV parts, but one thing is for sure they dont have the Customer Support like PYRODRONE!

Deanna King: Very happy with my experience with Device Pitstop. My son's Nintendo Switch Lite fell and the screen went black, could still hear the game but no screen. Upon bringing it in, it was thought to need a new LCD screen and I was quoted for that and agreed to the repair. Before ordering the LCD screen, they first took the device apart to make sure that was the actual problem. Turns out the LCD connector had slid out in the fall, was easily reconnected, and no new screen was needed. I received a call in less then a hour letting me what the issue was, that it was ready for pick up and it cost me a fraction of the price originally quoted. I absolutely would recommend to my family and friends; honest, quality and friendly service.

The staff there were beyond helpful and friendly. They told me exactly how they could fix my issues, and even informed me I Likely had a warranty and that it could be possible to have it fixed for free through my carrier.
