When we all went to get fitted for our tuxedos, Joseph, the store owner, was very professional and efficient, and we were all quickly fitted with our tux's.Since I now live in San Francisco, I was unable to go to the store in time for my fitting, so I had to send in my measurements. However, when I picked up my tuxedo the day before the wedding, I found that the jacket and pants, which had been measured by someone else, were not fitting properly. Fortunately, all within 10 to 15 minutes, Joseph was able to quickly identify the issue, remeasure me, and get me into a perfectly fitting tuxedo. Overall, the customer service at this tuxedo store was excellent, very affordable, and I highly recommend it for anyone in need of a tuxedo in the Los Angeles area or beyond.
