Mike: Josh and Kory were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Made sure to let me know what the issue was and how they were going to resolve it and answered any and all questions I had!
Richard Lessig: I had Robinson Plumbing over to my house to troubleshoot low water pressure in my home and replace a hose Bibb. The plumber was very professional. He walked through the details of both issues thoroughly. He informed me of a risk associated with adjusting our pressure and the potential cost associated with a leak as a result of the adjustment upfront. The repairs were completed very quickly. He showed me the details of Bibb replacement and tested the repairs before payment was rendered. The price of the service was fair and they were able to come over for the repairs on the same day I called. I will use them for future work and recommend them to others based on my experience.

Debbie Wauchope: , and they came out and told us they needed to cut a 3 ft X 2 ft hole in our tiled shower and there might be more cutting once they start the job. They gave us a bid of $6,100 and said this was for the minimal amount of rerouting and then the salesman went on to mention how outdated our bathroom was and for $18,000+ they would replace the shower, fix the leak and offered to put in a new vanity, that *we* would supply.Now, here is a good part. We then called a real “family owned” business, CRC Plumbing, and Charles fix our slab leak, without cutting into our tiled shower and without trying to up-sale us anything and he never even mentioned our outdated bathroom 😊. Charles completed the whole job in one day and charged us around one quarter of what the unreasonable $6,100 bid from the other company. He didn’t even need to reroute our pipes and he completed the whole job outside, not needing to go into and tear up the bathroom. Charles even worked us into his busy schedule because he knew we needed this done right away.So, if you are looking for an honest, friendly, reasonable, hard working, family owned business Charles, is your man

When the plumber came out I asked him about the senior 15% discount off labor as indicated on the coupon @company website. When I signed the invoice, I asked again about the discount and Carlos said he did apply it but it turned out it wasnt applied and it was the same quoted price from Albert.In the end, I got a new toilet for mom to transfer from her wheelchair now. I guess I'll be more persuasive to get the discount ahead of time.
Doc Rogers: Simply put, CVP saved me a great deal of money and time. After going round and round with my American Home Warranty and their unscrupulous plumbing contractor, I called CVP. I received a plain spoken, empathetic conversation followed up by an almost immediate visit to the home to see the challenge at hand. I felt like I was working with a neighbor who very much cared about getting this fixed for us. The owner, his sons and associates were all very easy and professional to deal with. I am grateful for the experience.

gordo violencia: After being suddenly awakened at 530 am Saturday morning to a singing water heater, I immediately began a search for a plumber. Decided to give Trusted Plumber a try because of all the good reviews. My plumber Gerrett arrived promptly Monday morning. After explaining what happened, he instantly knew the problem and went right to work. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable, and offered options. He wore booties while inside, and cleaned up afterwards. All problems were solved. He was very professional and courteous. Hopefully I wont need a plumber for a while, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to call Trusted Plumber again. I highly recommend them.
