Preferred is a Milgard rep and Chris is their expert and a great guy. He came to our home and accepted all our custom requests with a very reasonable quote. We went to 3 different companies and by far, Preferred was the best price and was willing to honor all our special requests. All the staff are great and very respectful.The install had its difficulties but they did not give up and even called in Milgard for an extra inspection. We also had a problem with one window that Alan the owner, replaced at no charge.I would highly recommend Preferred for your window replacement & glass needs.

We did 2 windows and a door, which is a small job, but this company will still take care of you as if you are their best customer. The best part of it is the installers. We had an emergency situation where our sliding glass door just shattered out of the blue. Found them on yelp and they were able to send James came out to us same day to check out our situation. He broke down the pricings and timeline for us and seemed to be very informed. He was able to get a crew out to remove the shattered door, clear out all the broken glass, and board up the open space. Because of our situation, he managed to expedite the production for our order, which I am very grateful for. It was very hot that day, but the crew showed up early morning, on time, and worked hard to complete the installation despite the hot weather.
