Ann is an angel in disguise! My Ruby stayed with her for a week. She is normally a shy dog around humans but she immediately bonded with Ann, she was basically her shadow. Ann administered her medication, groomed her, corrected any negative behaviors she had and gave her lots of love and cuddles. She sent us updates and pictures daily. Oh, and she saved my dog鈥檚 life!!! Ruby suffered an anaphylactic shock at the end of her stay due to unforeseen reasons and Ann immediately noticed that Ruby wasn鈥檛 doing well and rushed her to the ER after trying to reach our vet who was of no help. Ann kept me updated the entire time. She was extremely concerned for her and I am sorry she had to experience that. Even after Ruby was admitted, she checked in on her the whole time and even reached out to the clinic for updates when she knew we were going to be on the flight back home and sent us voice-notes and messages with updates so we can see them as soon as we landed. I have boarded my dog with Mother Nature Care twice and have always been pleased. My dog seems well taken care of and happy when I pick her up. The owner provides other services as well, such as grooming.
