Sara Cooper: I have been renting here for several years after being at other storage locations, I have been so impressed with the customer service from the manager Jerry Bennett here. It is really refreshing because most of the time when you work at a storage location the managers do not care about the customers or try to help them. He really cares about what he does and cares about the customers here. I’m very fortunate to have a place like this that I can store my belongings!

Elissa McQuaid: Wine kept safely at the right temp and humidity. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good service when deliveries come, they hang onto it for me under lock and key.
Abbie Girl: Pretty basic structure for storing your wine. There is ample space and the staff is nice, but the building feels a little old and pieced together rather than built exclusively for its current purpose. I guess if you're just storing wine, you don't need much else, but it would be nice to have less of a warehouse feel and more of a wine cellar feel.

Hayden Shieh: Very well priced wines available for sale on their website and usually a big selection. The storage is great too if you need extra cellar space. Only gripe is that their website won't load anything past page one on some searches which is frustrating.

Kristen Parish: We had rented a storage unit from Willow Glen Storage for ten years and were recently able to finally move our items out. Their facility has always been clean, well kept and the security is very good. I would have given them a five star rating, but unfortunately, we felt as though our storage unit’s rate was constantly being raised and felt as though it was a bit excessive considering the smaller size of our unit, especially considering the fact that I could go online to their website and see that units larger than ours were costing far less. That being said, all in all, our experience with Willow Glen Storage was very positive. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a safe, clean and reliable storage facility.

Sarah Wiesner: It's a clean facility, easy to get to, and appears to be well run. Note that you must have renter's insurance, or they will charge an additional $13/month for the smallest storage space. I was a little annoyed to find this out at the very end of the process. To his credit, the service rep was patient while I went online and bought a renter's insurance policy for $5/month.

Concerns-what few there have been-are dealt with immediately and to the customers satisfaction.The facility itself is sparkling clean, well maintained and secure. The storage areas are well lit, clean and dry. There are abundant dollies and hand trucks available to help move your boxes or furniture.I appreciate it when a company goes out of their way to earn your business. Casa De Mini has certainly earned mine!

Will Tsai: I just moved out of this A-1 Storage today, but definitely not because of their customer service. Staff has always been courteous and friendly. I have never had any issues in the several years I have had my storage unit here. The gentleman that helped me close out my account today was very helpful and even though I asked for a broom to finish cleaning out my unit, he insisted that he would take care of it.

Melissa Schauer: This is not my first time having A-1 as my choice for storage. Let me tell you I worked with Jojo and had great stress free joyful interaction.I got to see my storage unit before I did any paperwork, was shown the both elevators and where to locate carts to help with getting my very items in and locked up securely. The facility is clean well lite and like I said staff is great. So glad to be back with A-1. Would never had left if I didn’t move out of town with no A-1 around. I feel comfortable with my family heirlooms safe. The hours for access are great. I don’t have to work with early closing to get to my outdoor items and not wait until a weekend to get my bike or tent out to then start my time off. I recommend A-1 to my friends and family and anyone looking for that extra space this is where you want your paperwork, seasonal items or that Christmas gift that you want to hold onto but no way will go with the decor.
