Amy Body: Excellent customer service and great wigs for good price! Usually it takes my mom along time to wig shop but the wigs were styled nice and of good quality so we were in and out in minutes. The attendant helped out with all our needs and let my mom try what she wanted on. He made sure she had all the necessary supplies to go with the wig and the store was super organized and clean not dusty. More parking in the back.

Octavia Jackson: Went and not only was able to purchase hair from the beauty supply I was able to set an appointment with Zahara for the very next day which was a last-minute appointment for my birthday and she got me in and got me out. Looking good smelling good feeling good I will be returning they are a bit on the expensive side. but if you calculate the drive all the way to Oakland or San Francisco where there's more urban hair supplies the gas is going to take you to get there and the snacks and food or whatever else is going to take you to get there while you're there it will cost you the same amount just to go ahead and buy it right here from Nefertiti's. and you will be putting the money into a black on business as well as back into Santa Clara county and until our community. There are a few more hair stylists there that do just braids and some of them do makeup so you can look them up on Booksy or go down to the shop off of McKee and capital in San Jose and just give them a look around over their things and just talk to somebody Miss Kim is very nice she was so nice and so helpful and so patient.

George Murguia: Been going to NLI for a little over a year now for my thinning hair. I wanted to go the natural route instead of going through chemical route which would have been Rogaine but upon seeing the reviews for Rogaine it has left me very unsure. I booked an appointment with NLI & was seen within a week, they gave a few possible treatments for my thinning hair & I advocated for the natural route. My plan was a 12 month plan which was resulted in my thinning hair reversing course! Dom F: I started my hair replacement journey with New Look Intitute a year ago and a half ago. I suffer from an autoimmune disease that made me lose my hair little by little. I went to many doctors, one of them being a hair specialist at Stanford, nothing worked. I was ashamed and could not talk about my feelings, even to my husband. Sophie Kriefman: As someone who suffers from female pattern hair loss, I felt the time had come to invest in a wig or hair topper. With so little experience/knowledge I didn't feel confident investing online when I couldn't try a few options and didn't know whether I wanted real/synthetic hair. Thank goodness I went to "house of wigs" as a first port of call. The owners are totally wonderful and walk you through every option and allow you to try and play with styles. I left feeling really, really confident in how I looked and also very clear about that after care. Lovely mother and daughter, I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

They have a great selection and can order if you can’t find exactly what you need.When I was going through chemo I found them and it was a miracle for me. In just a few minutes they found a wig for me that looked almost exactly like the hair I lost. I can’t even explain how much that meant to me. And the mother gave me so much hope for my future and ask my name so that she could pray in my name. Oh I am not a very religious person but I am spiritual as she is and she really gave me hope. That was 10 years ago and I am so grateful to be well and will never forget the kindness of these women.

I've been dealing with hair loss for about a year now and it's so frustrating in trying g to get it to grow back. I've tried wigs on line, but they don't fit right and are very hot to wear. I'm so happy I finally got the nerve up to go in and try some on. I'm going g back to get another one for my sons wedding next month. Highly recommend this place. I don't agree that the owner is rude, she is just an elderly women who I don't think speaks or understands English as well as her daughter and is more comfortable in the repairing , making and cutting etc of the wigs than the customer service aspect of the business. So I would try and get her daughter ms help with trying on and finding the right wig.
