I walked into the store for the first purchase and met Mark Dubin who was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products they carried and the advantages and disadvantages of the few I was considering. Mark was easy to work with and took care of everything. For the dishwasher purchase, I contacted Mark and did everything via email. Once again, Mark was able to provide specific details, prices, and answer all questions. The delivery and installation teams for both appliances were thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. We were completely satisfied working with Mark and the installation teams and we will return to them in the future.
D S: We needed a Refrigerator ASAP and though we might have purchased it from a Big Box store the finish we wanted was not in stock. It was a good thing because Airport came in with a cheaper price and we got it the next day. Though it was not the full experience because we did not come in not knowing what we wanted, Lilian was a pleasure to work with and the sale went smoothly. Delivery was good with care taken removing the old refrigerator and placing the new one. One small nit is that I forgot about the leveling feet adjustment and it would be nice if that was a standard part of the installation process. I did it myself and when I mentioned it I was offered compensation which I did not expect. We would defiantly return to Airport Home Appliance in the future if we needed any more appliances.

I've got "Rafael" locked in my phone as my main contact for "Infinite Appliance". These were my new appliances I've gotten just a few days ago! But so far I've gotten 3 washers, 2 dryers, 2 mini fridges & 2 regular sized refrigerators from them, since I've moved to San Jose. I'm a "always & forever" returning customer. They treat you like "FAMILY"!! If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll tell you upfront. The appliances also come with warranties as well. I've been going to them since before they moved to their new location off of Phelan. Great customer service, great & unbelievable prices and their delivery is unbeatable! Rosie & Eunice text to confirm delivery. They also call & check on you after you've gotten your appliances, to make sure everything is great. I'd rather go to them versus going to big corporate stores. They actually care!

Dominic was able to answer all our queries about our interested products and catered to our special requests. We had a nice customer experience thanks to both of themWe were primarily looking for kitchen appliances. The store has a good blend of mid range to premium products as well as an online catalog to choose from in kitchen appliances. After a lot of search we found the cooking range for our home over here.

We finally got our long delayed cook top yes delayed over 1 year since ordering. The service delivery and install team has also been exceptional from Ferguson. I'm finally done with my order that took almost 1.5 years to full fill my whole kitchen suite of appliances and I'm happy finally.

Evren Seven: There aren't enough stars to give Monark, especially Gabriel, one of the sales consultants. My project hit a snag when I realized the downdraft was wrong. So I found the correct downdraft amazingly in stock in Ventura CA, but no one had a blower. Gabriel was able to put one on order for me through Wolf, but somehow his supplier was delayed or otherwise stopped communicating. So, on his own, he called his other colleagues in the appliance business and found the blower in Livermore- then *drove there* with gas being $6, picked it up for me, and dropped it off at my house as my car was unavailable. He canceled the purchase through Monark and facilitated the purchase from the other store. Put my project back on track!
