D C: Choosing Patagonia for our water purification needs was a decision we're immensely grateful for. After extensive research and stumbling upon their stellar Yelp reviews, we were greeted by Eduardo, whose expertise and guidance made the entire process seamless. Communication was impeccable throughout, and the installation, overseen by Eduardo himself, was executed flawlessly. His dedication didn't end there; he even took the extra step to ensure our system was functioning optimally post-installation. Eduardo's professionalism and attentiveness exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly endorse Patagonia to anyone seeking top-notch service and expertise in water purification.
T V: I called Patagonia Water Conditioning after reading all the positive reviews. I spoke with Eduardo who provided me with a very reasonable quote for a water conditioning system and reverse osmosis system installation. Eduardo emailed me all specifications and a price quote. I set up an installation date and they showed up on time. Nelson installed the systems and did a really clean job with the installation inside my garage and my kitchen island. Eduardo provided great follow up and stopped by to set me up with the monitoring app. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the water output and the quality of the drinking water. Thumbs up and highly recommended.
Justin Bentajado: I already forgot what south San Jose hard water looks like in my home - it's been working fine ever since. Dishes and shower are water spot free also.Might take some getting used to the slimy feel in the shower, and soaps lather much easily now. Your soaps last longer too. My skin and hair are much happier.There's only two of us using water here, so the initial salt they provided has lasted us to this point, with approx 1 foot of salt left! I only refilled for the first time with a 50lb bag to the brine tank today
alltheworldispurple purple: We installed our water softening with Patagonia conditioning system, 2.5 years ago in 2021 and our system has been working smooth without any issues since. We add the salt once every few months in the tank, and we can tell the system is working fine, because the water indeed feels very smooth on the skin and hair. We live in west San Jose, and before we installed the softener system, the water was quite harsh and we could easily tell using in the kitchen and bath. When we were in the market researching, we were considering between Culligan water and Patagonia, latter was economical and had decent reviews, so we went with Patagonia. The installation was also pretty smooth, and the team was very professional. They also helped us to separate our front yard and backyard waterlines from the main house so that we don’t waste the softened water in the yards. Glad that we chose to go ahead with Patagonia, highly recommended

Lilibeth Dimacali: Just want to add to comments I posted a few months ago. Bought a new fridge at home depot few months ago and they installed it but they did not connect existing reverse osmosis connection as they are not allowed. Contacted Ed and fortunately Rafael and Jose have installation scheduled a week or so later near my neighborhood. Long story short, Rafael and Jose stopped by and re-connected my reverse osmosis.
