I explained to her that owning a Breitling was a childhood dream of mine and she made my experience at the store every bit of what I had hoped for. I was obviously nervous about the fact the day had come and told Devina my price range and she patiently took me around the store and showed me all the options available and took time to explain each time piece. In the end she helped me choose the perfect watch for me and achieve my dream of owning my 1st Breitling. I may have met her for an hour but it felt like meeting up with a friend. I would recommend the store and meeting with Devina to anyone who wants to buy a Breitling.

Christian Pulido: I was skeptical in walking in because i went to the Breitling in San Diego who exemplified terrible service starting without a greet or aknowledment from the door until I left. But here in Valley Fair, few little words with GREAT experience!! Starting with great hospitality from the team. One stood out, which was Skyler, who welcomed us from the door and helped throughout the whole purchase and transaction. The day of pick up she was supposed to be off but came into work so that she can complete our experience. Talk about exceeding the expectations from every guest with a once in a lifetime experience. Too bad things went a different direction where I had to come back and pick up the next day. However, she had John take over as she was off and he as well showed great hospitality!! Very impressed with the experience at a watch boutique, makes me want to come back very soon!
