Jennifer Feenan: I swim here every so often. The pool is amazing since it has been renovated, but the locker rooms smell like mildew and mold. The pool is a little on the warm side and would be better if they kept it a few degrees cooler.

Trella Davis: Have come here for free community events a few times and always a nice job on activities and food. And I have taught some classes here and they really do try to provide a ton of value on the paid classes.

The Almaden Community Center is a welcoming, safe place with the promise of fun and growth. We provide quality programs and activities for the for people of all ages and abilities to help them grow in their artistic skills, ignite a passion for health and sports, build lasting friendships and provide the means and space for people of all ages and abilities.
Our state-of-the-art facilities host a number of programs and events, such as, but not limited to; computer classes, San Jos茅 Recreation Preschool, arts and crafts, youth summer camps, and leisure, sports, and fitness activities.
In addition, we offer a weekday lunch program and classes for older adults over the age of 60 and those who are disabled. We also host a number of special events through the year such as Neighbor Nights, and cultural and holiday celebrations.
The Center is perfect for rentals for events such as weddings, quincea艌eras, bar mitzvah/bat mitzvah, baptisms, and business meetings throughout the year.
Senior Nutrition Program: In partnership with TRiO, provides meals to Older Adults 60+ at 13 community centers throughout the City. All meals served at community centers meet county health standards.

Alexis Chang: The MVVC is good for young people of all ages. It has 4 huge courts and there鈥檚 coaches and recruiters who look for new players for the teams. It also has tons of volleyballs and gym equipment. If you are a parent you should sign your kids up for the team or the camp.
Douglas Olcott: Introduced my grandson to volleyball, better training and teammates than at his junior high.
Leslie Justman: Top Bay Area Volleyball Club with its own facility and many Gold / Bronze Awards and great coaches!
Ali Ak莽a: Friendly and competitive environment. The coaches want to help us which is great!
Elaine Chung: Nice place for boys volleyball. The parking isn鈥檛 the best as it鈥檚 really tight but the gym is nice.
