Morgan Roberts: I have been a teacher at WGMS for over a year now and love it! Even though I teach virtual lessons, I have still been able to feel a strong sense of collaboration, teamwork, friendliness, and positivity amongst my colleagues. Chris and Jessica alongside teachers Anya and Ginger have consistently gone above and beyond in their work here and I have enjoyed working with them. This is a great place to foster the joy of music-making in whatever instrument your child chooses.

Holly Peterson: Jessica and her team are excellent teachers and make learning fun. With the music curriculum they use, my kids are practicing and enjoying music much more than I was at their age! Learning music as a child is the greatest gift.Christian is a talented teacher and pianist who keeps the lesson upbeat yet encourages my son's learning to get to the next level. I'm amazed at his skill teaching virtually - my son and Christian are always on the same page and expectations are clear. He's engaged, friendly, confident, and patient in his instruction. I actually think virtual lessons work as well as in-person - they are time efficient, comfortable and concise.
Grace Adiba: to his parents and sister during the week. Ms Lauren is able to balance the right amount of push so he will want to take risks. She is able to motivate my child to have fun, to encourage him to be curious and inquisitive about the next songs he is going to learn. Most importantly, she is not afraid to meet him where he is as a learner so he continues to grow as a student.

Minh Lam: Willow Glen Music School is a great music school for children. My 8 year-old daughter took piano lessons from Ms Cathy for over two years until we had to relocate to another state. Ms Cathy is a great teacher and a great pianist. Oh and the school is very well managed by Chris.
H M: Our daughter took lessons here for several years -- voice and piano lessons with Ms. Viri and guitar lessons with Jason -- and really enjoyed it. I was impressed with how quickly she made progress with just a little practice every day. She can be easily frustrated when learning something new, but Viri and Jason were consistently patient, encouraging, and gentle, and could always get her to keep moving forward when she felt challenged. She always looked forward to her lessons. The school overall is well-organized, flexible, and easy to work with.
Kavash Sharma: My daughter took their in person and online class all during the last 1 year of pandemic. I was impressed by their professionalism and clear communication of changes and schedules. They were also very accommodative of any reschedule requests. Her teacher was Carmel and she was very patient and interactive with my daughter and Chris, manager, was very courteous too. We hope to return with them in person again in future.
kinjal shah: My son started Willow Glen Music School back in 2016 when he was just 4 years old. Ms. Viri was and is still his teacher. Fantastic teacher! She has a great amount of patience with little kids. Very gentle but firm with her teaching technique and a little fun too. My interactions with her are always insightful.Chris is the manager of Willow Glen Music School and I can tell you that he is dedicated to take this school one step further. I've enjoyed the staff I've met and known for several years.WGMS was able to quickly adapt to the pandemic with online classes and left it open for parents to decide to attend online or in-person once the option was available.My daughter has learned so much in her time there starting as a beginner and now an intermediate pianist.Willow Glen Music School is a great place to start, whether an adult or for a child, you can't go wrong.
Vijay Krishnan: The staff and teachers at willow glen music school are very high quality and professional. I enrolled for guitar lessons and my 6 year old for piano lessons. Both our teachers are fantastic and we both have made great progress in just one year. Their pricing is also very reasonable and they have adopted very well to covid realities via zoom. Highly recommended.

Clevis Willrich: Can't recommend Musician's Mobile enough. Lessons with Avi Sabaduquia have been awesome. He is a great teacher of both guitar and music theory.
May Du: Both my son and daughter had piano lessons with Brandon. They really enjoyed the lessons with him. Brandon truly connects them to music, he not just teaching the basic skills, but also explain what behind the music pieces. He also demonstrates what a wonderful piano player is. He really makes my kids enjoy music.
Alyssa Melton: When I called Musicians Mobile initially, they asked what I was looking for in lessons and what my goals were. I’m a young professional adult with previous jazz piano experience that sought out piano lessons targeting more music theory and improvisation while also playing songs I enjoy. They did a great job matching me with Brandon!Brandon taught me theory and tactics that I can use to learn any song which I know the melody and chords to. He did a great job choosing pieces that would excite and challenge me. He was able to identify gaps in my technique and knowledge and provide ways to practice and close those gaps!I discontinued my lessons due to personal reasons but when I’m ready to start up again I am 100% going back to musician’s mobile for lessons with Brandon. I recommend musicians mobile to anyone else looking for a teaching experience tailored to them and their own goals.

I feel I have improved a lot my skills and I am now playing songs I never thought I would be able to play, specially in Spanish and French. Barry 'Baz' Morris: At age 64, I wanted to learn to play the drums and Musicians Mobile helped me make this possible. By coming to my house each week, my extremely patient instructor, Stephen Forbes, made it much less stressful and a lot of fun. I know that his students include kids and adults and I’d highly recommend him and the entire Musicians Mobile team. Monica, Nate, and Steve have been terrific and I can’t thank them enough for unlocking the mysteries of my drum kit and providing me a a new hobby that will bring me enjoyment for the rest of my life.

Not only is it very convenient to have lessons at our home, the organized billing and friendly staff makes for a positive experience all round. Their annual recitals have also provided a needed platform for our kids to perform. During covid things were a little different but we could still do lessons online. We recommend Musicians Mobile.

Nicole Golko: We had 2 children take lessons with Musicians Mobile and had an amazing experience. The teachers are talented, professional and great at motivating kids. They also come right to your home. We were so happy with piano and guitar that we also did some singing lessons for our kids as well. Outside of recitals they also put together rock band performances for the kids, where they connected students from different instruments, formed them into small bands, worked with them as a group and then had a performance at a real music venue in San Jose. It was fun and a fantastic experience for the kids. Carl is knowledgeable, kind, yet able to push kids to do their best, and is great at organizing shows. Nate is also a charismatic leader and performer and really adds to the encouragement and enjoyment of the recitals and performances. Highly recommend!

His teacher is Mr. Jared and he connects very well with kids. He always takes a pulse of his mood and then work with him accordingly. Mr. Jared teaches piano and my son progresses steadily in his piano lessons. Musicians Mobile School really has wonderful teachers and they have the kids perform in recital every 6 months. They have additional performances depending upon student’s requests also.

Bunko Band: Avi Zev has coached my singing efforts for my obscure band “Bunko.” He is both erudite and practical. His fluency in theory, fundamentals, and composition is highly valuable and the outcome has been less vocal takes needed, with more accuracy and overtones. It is obvious in the recordings. Zoom does work well also and we can accomplish a great deal wit. remote lessons with screen sharing. Aim to Suck Less at your art every week, incrementally, like I am. Get coaching now.
Peter Tavernise: I've been taking lessons with Musicians Mobile for more than two years now. They have helped me progress as a guitar player from the basic four or five chords I was limited to for years to playing the entire fret-board. I'm able to play Celtic or blues pieces now that two years ago would have been impossible. Music theory, previously inscrutable, is something I have done weekly and am now well into the final third of the college level textbook. Now beginning voice training as well! I have nothing but praise for Avi and the team, and am deeply grateful.
Vasanthi Iyer: We have had a great experience with musicians mobile. The convenience of in-home lessons is the best. Our favorite is the annual Rock Concert that is organized.
