Jacky Huynh: I recently decided to convert my parentâs wedding tape from VHS to USB, but wanted to go to a local shop instead of the other services through mail in case things went wrong. Iâm very cautious of who handles this tape since I only have one copy. Pooja made sure that this tape was going to be safe and that it gets converted, despite some fungus that has grown on the tape. She managed to clean the entire tape! Pooja treats every piece of tape as if it's her own.I am very happy with the VHS transfer results and the communication between Pooja. If you are looking to transfer or convert your tapes, you can 100% expect Pooja to deliver.

Tony âFrostyâ Welch: Digitizing your cherished memories can be stressful - especially when they are on old, finicky tapes. My first attempt with another local service was ok - 2 tapes were not transferred with no explanation of what happened. It was very frustrating as one tape was my daughter's first birthday. I found Family Memories and wanted to check if they could do something. Pooja was friendly and reassuring. She called me two weeks later and said she was able to digitize the tapes - what a relief! Old tapes get sticky, so she had to take the tapes apart and wind the tape by hand. The quality on one tape was not great, but at least I had something.

Joe Kennedy: Excellent service!!! Very fast and very personable. I highly recommend if you need tapes transferred to digital. It's a much safer option than having the tapes get sent out somewhere to a third party to digitize.

Andrea Morton: This business is truly amazing. I needed to get some of my dad's old slides digitized from when he was in the military living all over the world for last Christmas. They were able to scan the slides at such a high quality and in a really speedy timeline. I really appreciate this because I didn't think I'd be able to get it done before Christmas but they made it possible! I highly recommend their work!

TA: We initially did not budget for a wedding videographer, but I am so happy that we finally did. We chose Infinity Video Productions, based on positive reviews it had and the fact that it had very reasonably priced packages. They did an amazing job at our wedding! They captured the day so perfectly that we relive the day every time we watch it. The owner, Pooja, was very responsive and made sure she understood what we were looking for before the wedding day. We were too busy to meet with her since we signed on less than a week before the wedding, but she very patiently nudged us, by phone, texts and emails, into giving her an idea of what was important to us. Brian, the videographer, was punctual and reliable and we barely noticed that he was there. He worked around our photographer and made sure that he did not get in the way of the photographerâs âframesâ. He not only got all the important moments in the wedding/reception but also a lot of setting, details and guest video. The real treat though came with Poojaâs editing. She puts her heart and soul into it. She gave us a trial cd to watch and asked for our suggestions for background music and edits. Nothing was too much of a hassle for her. She wanted her client to be happy with the product! The final product is excellent and so worth the money. I highly recommend Infinity Video Productions!

I looked several places trying to find someone that would video the ceremony without charging an exorbitant amount, or making me purchase a package deal.I contacted Infinity Productions and they were willing to video the ceremony at a very reasonable cost.
