Bryon Leach: This is the 2nd time I’ve dealt with San Jose Compounding Pharmacy. 1st time I found them to be professional, prompt, and friendly. I have a cat that’s on steroids for an upper respiratory issue. The vet submitted the prescription late, the day before Thanksgiving. The pharmacy contacted me to inform me that the prescription would not be filled until after the holiday weekend. I explained that I only had 1 dose left, if they could compound Max’s scrip the same day. I was told that they were extremely busy because of the holiday they would try to squeeze it in. They had his prescription ready by end of day. Thanks for doing that for Max. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
Tzuu-Wang Shein: Wife was in pain due to a new medical treatment and I frantically called many retail and hospital pharmacies to fill a compound RX mouthwash, but they couldn't. Finally called SJ Compounding and they filled it super fast, though was late in the day! Folks there were very helpful and friendly - asked about wife too. I had a great experience during a tough time. Thank you.
Lora McLellan: I came in from out of town needing a special compound. My Dr. sent me here. They were so kind and were able to accommodate me in a timely manner since I had come from far away. They were informative and compassionate. They even called a week later to check on me. I really appreciate their customer service, I genuinely feel like they care about their patients.

Meghna Prasad: Called in to set up an appointment and was able to get in much sooner than my usual vet which is a huge plus. They took a deposit to schedule the doc appt with a strict cancellation policy. While I understand the need for a deposit, but if you even reschedule within 24 hours you lose the deposit which is I think is a bit strict because emergency situations may creep up. If you are 5 mins late then you lose the deposit. I found these things were a bit unusual.Now to the actual appointment - I arrived at the location per google and it was not there. Given that they are so strict about time, I am panicking at this point. I call them and they tell me they have relocated - luckily it was a few blocks down the road and I still made it on time! Phew!We arrived and the staff was friendly and took us to a room right away. The nurse came and took our dogs vitals and it was good. We waited for a while for the doctor who examined him and recommended shots and possible solutions. They were patient and answered my questions well. Happy to come back here and hope they are not so strict with deposit and rescheduling appointments.

Belle wasn’t as anxious and came through without the usual panting and stress that visiting the vet usually causes.
Rachelle Curry: I brought my Miniature Schnauzer here because his previous vet couldn’t/wouldn’t provide a diagnosis of a very sick dog.I called Canyon Creek and was able to get him seen the next morning. The vet suggested they repeat the X-Ray from two weeks prior and she was able to diagnose liver cancer so at least we now knew what was wrong.Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our little guy and Canyon Creek vet and staff were emphatic and caring. We got to spend time with him and they made him comfortable and provided us privacy for a difficult time.

Jenny Davis: Arch Veterinary Hospital is top of the line for veterinary services from the wonderful staff to all the doctors but specially Dr.Solomon is truly an amazing Vet I have been at Winchester location since they opened doors and all 4 of my pets get seen here,I have been seen at a lot of veterinary clinic around the Bay Area and have even worked at a few and none compared to Arch, they go above and beyond from just a check up, to emergency, to even having to put a pet down the service they provide is simply like no other service around. I'm truly grateful for such amazing Vet like Dr.Solomon!The most amazing thing I like the most is specially being a high tech veterinary center Dr. Solomon is honest and straight forward with you and won't Nickel&dime you, I'm truly beyond blessed to have found the most amazing Veterinary Center and I'm looking forward to being with them many more years to come!!! My little guy is overly anxious and can get aggressive and this team handled him very well. He nipped someone and I felt horrible but they reassured me that it was ok. SORRY AGAIN! Jeanette To: The team at South Bay Animal Hospital is wonderful. I was recommended SB by another emergency vet center after having trouble finding cardiology services. I was able to schedule a cardiology visit within one week. Unfortunately, my dog’s prognosis was poor; however, I felt well supported by their team. I utilized their medical boarding services. They sent me photos and texts daily. My pup spent a lot of time with the staff rather than in a kennel. Unfortunately, she had two relapses in the following months because of the severity of her condition. They talked us through what to do at home and notified us when to bring her in. They checked in with us weeks after each discharge. They were extremely compassionate through the end of her life. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. The doctors were kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. While the price is high, it is worth the quality of care and kindness we were given.
Mike G: came in and was so sympathetic and calming. She administered the sleeping injection through the catheter and within a few seconds our girl was out. After that the second injection was administered and she left peacefully within a few seconds. We could not asked for a better way to let our beloved go. We are so thankful we were able to send our dog off at this hospital. Thanks to all who helped during a most difficult time to make the experience so peaceful.
Kaila Kiefer: I visited South Bay Animal Hospital for the first time last week at 12:30AM because I caught my cat eating about 10 inches of a birthday bag ribbon. I have a leg injury and wasn’t quick enough to stop him, so off to the ER we went. Staff and Dr. Atwal were so kind during this stressful time. They were realistic about our options and we opted to follow Dr. Atwal’s advice to use an injection to induce vomiting. They worked quickly, and said it was about a 50/50 chance that he’d successfully throw it up and sure enough he did!!! A staff member even called to check in on how my cat was doing a few days after. I’m so grateful for the South Bay team and Dr.Awtal!! 🐈⬛
Deanna Rosa: When our three pound chihuahua mix became very ill one night after hours we called Sage and they told us that they could not see her for hours, but we could come sit in the parking lot and wait. We called South Bay Animal Hospital and they could take her right away. They did just that, and diagnosed her with a blockage. They definitely saved her life. They sent pictures and videos over night… and were so nice!! We are grateful.

I've experienced a variety of vets at this location and their other location and I've had no concerns. It's easy to make an appointment. I always get an appointment the same day or within a couple of days.As my dog aged and was experiencing Cushings disease and arthritis, we were so fortunate to have been taken care by Dr. Diaz. Dr. Diaz, a holistically trained vet that specializes in acupuncture, Chinese herbals and bioenergy and has a wealth of knowledge and experience with senior and hospice dogs was an amazing partner to me in supporting my precious dog till end of life. We worked together to make sure my dog was comfortable, symptoms were managed and not in pain. Dr. Diaz and the vet techs were so gentle, understanding and empathetic. I never felt like they told me what to do rather than coach and educated me on how to help my dog. As a pet owner, we know our pets more than anyone because we are with them 24/7, so it was important to me to understand my options, ask questions, be knowledgeable, and resourceful. I also want to thank Dr. Fisher, who was the weekday vet for always taking my last minute appointments and for the care and consultant they provided.The quality of care, knowledge, experience, and expertise is well worth the cost of their services. Their facility is really clean. Parking is great. There are good eats in that plaza too.Thank you Archvet for the years of service and for the great experience!

Lakshmi Murugan: I’d like to sincerely thank Archvet staff and doctors!! Our 14 week puppy, Bre, got into an accident while in our backyard the morning of thanksgiving and was bleeding profusely from her teeth. One of her teeth broke off and several other teeth in the front were fractured. We called multiple emergency places but no one would take dental emergency. Finally we called archvet and they took us in immediately. They gave us treatment options within 30 minutes and took the puppy in for surgery. The doctor worked until 4pm on thanksgiving to extract 6 fractured teeth from my puppy. Because of their kindness and generosity, my puppy Bre is doing well - happy and healthy! Susan Urang: I have been taking my pets to this vet for a year and a half, since I moved here from Ohio. The vets are great, compassionate and professional and kind. My cats had a visit last week and got all their shots caught up. I recently ordered a six pack of my dog's HW preventive, Symparica Trio and it arrived quickly. I highly recommend this vet as all their employees are lovely people, helpful and kind.My pets continue to see this vet clinic and are doing well, due to the wonderful care they get. Five stars!!

K A: Nice little neighborhood veterinary clinic. The staff - both front office staff as well as veterinary assistants - are very friendly and efficient. The veterinarians don't ever make you feel rushed when you talk to them about your pets. And prices are very reasonable, which is quite important in this day and age. The only downside is that parking around the clinic can be problematic if you arrive during a busy period.
Kathleen Verzi: The staff at this clinic went above and beyond for my senior dog this weekend. They were compassionate and very patient with my dog and myself. This wasn't our regular vet, I couldn't take my dog back to the clinic off Bascom and Camden after such poor service we reviewed there. My dog was suffering with many health issues and they walked me through the process of letting him pass. I have never had such kindness, caring about him and me ever in a clinic before. From the reception to the vet they were very professional and so kind...if I decide in the future I get another fur baby I will definitely make them out go to clinic.
Yael Oppenheimer: I'm a new client and brought in 2 cats and 2 dogs for regular checkups. One of my cats suddenly started loosing weight and the staff was quick to accommodate bloodwork. Once that was inconclusive of anything happening, my cat started to have labored breathing, so they quickly brought me in and did x-rays. Unfortunately prognosis was extremely poor and within 24 hrs we had to let her go. Throughout the entire time the staff was amazing. As hard as this was for us, the team was empathetic, accommodating, kind and everything you can hope for when in a time of such distress and emotional turmoil. A week or so later we also received a wonderful hand written card from everyone in the team. Such thoughtfulness. Thank you for supporting us and our furbabies!

Jamie Shachmut: I rescued 2 kittens that are 11 weeks old, and the staff at Curtner Pet Clinic were so helpful and made me a lot less stressed. They were even able to recommend me some different products to get to help the kittens. Love this place. I’m definitely their newest client.

However having changed many Vet clinics I can say they are lot better than most In service, price, etc. They seem to care for the pet. I wish I knew them before, avoiding other money oriented clinics. I only hope they keep caring, moving forward.
carmella giuliodibari: Last week I was at the clinic for my 1yr old cat Kalea. I was greeted by the most friendly and enthusiastic employee Jackie. She is wonderful with her happy personality. She checks you in and answers any questions you might have. Love her!! I met Dr. Singh for the first time and he was so good with Kalea. She can be a bit difficult but he was able to calm her down. He did all he was suppose to do for her yearly check up, asked all the right questions and checked her ears. I was so happy with his professional knowledge and attitude. Then there was Norma the vet tech. What a sweetheart!! She was able to clip Kalea's nails which is very difficult to do. She gave her all her vaccinations and explained questions that I had asked her with so much knowledge. She is a true professional. All in All, what a great team. You do have to wait for sometime with your appointment due to them being so busy, but it is worth the wait.

For timely issues, they were able to see them within a few days/same day if needed. Staff is always super friendly and the vets were able to answer our questions. We don’t have pics of when they were visiting the clinic but here is so cuteness. Luna & PB were taken care of by Curtner Pet Clinic staff! Thank you!

Mary Simms: Best vet we have worked with. We have a reactive dog but she always liked Dr. Kang. He has a nice, calm energy. He always gave us good, realistic medical options. We found the monthly plan with annual teeth cleaning included to be a good deal. I’m sad we moved away because its been 3 years and we have not found another vet like him!

Anne DePalma: I have been with Princeton Veterinary Clinic for 18 years, since 2006. They have always treated our dogs with love and care! My other dogs have since passed away, but I have this new shelter puppy and they are treating her with the same love and care that they did with our other dogs. I highly recommend Princeton Veterinary Clinic.

After the x-ray, the doctor told me my cat was in a really bad situation. Either I can try to transfer him to a hospital and give him a try, or maybe we'd better euthanize him from suffering the pain. I can't afford the cost of continuing treatment and choose euthanasia.After I got back to my home, the clinic called me to say that someone wanted to give Coco another try to see if they could cure him. I appreciate this opportunity for Coco for sure.Everyone in the clinic is very nice. I am sorry I could not remember the Doctor's name, but she is really a nice, professional doctor with a good heart. I will choose this clinic for my pet definitely.

Matt Dobilas: We've been coming here for years. The separate entrances for dogs and cats make waiting much easier. Dr. Fluegge and Dr. Alvarado have always been very patient and kind during every visit we've had.I recommend them anytime someone is asking about a good veterinarian.

Saket Khanna: I’m grateful to this pet hospital for the caring and affectionate vets and staff. Dr Alvarado and Dr Fluegge have seen our 2 cats and given excellent advice for their health and well being. When there’s an urgent need, they are there for us. And for things that can become chronic issues, they’ve advised us so we can avoid long term problems. Our cat Nori was overweight and has now lost 15% of her body weight quite happily thanks to their advice. Both our cats are doing well under their care. Although we moved to another part of the Bay Area, we continue to visit them so that our cats can get the care they deserve. Many thanks to Burbank Pet Hospital for their excellent service.

Nala’s diagnosis is that she has an ear infection in both her ears and she has allergies also dry eyes. Nala also needed a rabies vaccine. I am happy because Dr. Choi gave me a follow up appointment. The follow up appointment means that she cares about Nala’s health. My grown up daughter, Bridget, gave me a French Bulldog when she was a baby and this bread of dogs are so loving. I realized I was short on her medication. They got me in really quickly and we’re super friendly and knowledgeable. They also clearly cared about my cats health more than the money. They are patient and go above and beyond to help with my dogs. I would recommend this particular location. Especially being a former employee for Banfield. Silver Creek is consistent and organized. Xiaojie Zhang: Before visiting the clinic, I was a bit skeptical about the 4.9 star rating. Now, I came back to rate it 5 star myself! Dr. Kane treated my GSD's digestive issue without any prescription medicine, all from Grocery store! They don't over prescribe tests or Rx like some pet clinics do, and Dr. Kane even follows up via text messages after the visit, which not veterinarians even did in my past 10+ years of experience! If not because of my previous veterinarian retired, I won't know there is such a great pet clinic close to my home! Strongly recommend to switch to this clinic.
Madeline Covey: The doctors here are personable, the techs are well-trained, and even the receptionists are skilled. They gave me a courtesy call when they had an earlier opening. I appreciated that they handled my bird in the room so I could watch. As a veterinary technician, I approve.
