I would have no hesitation recommending him to anybody looking for Miele appliances.I sincerely wish they were more businesses with the same attitude he has. The installer he recommends, Luis is equally excellent. He was very patient, working with us to resolve the small issue that we noted once the appliance was delivered. Tony Canova: John is extremely knowledgeable about his products and has been extremely helpful to me in both vacuum cleaners, air cleaners and washers and dryers. Basically I have stopped going anywhere else and just go to him. The greatest life changer has been the Ideal Air purifiers. We have several AP60 and AP80 pros that we have in our homes and our kids homes. My son in law, who suffers from asthma and allergies could barely sleep through a night. Since we gave him an AP80 pro for christmas, the very first night he had it on in his bedroom was the first night in many many years he slept through the night completely. As a result we have replaced all our “molecule” brand air purifiers with Ideal. They remove dust, smoke, and smells and operate automatically depending on what they sense. We leave our units on 24x7. Another game changer is the battery operated hepa filter Mielle standup vacuum. Works so well on all surfaces that we rarely use our plug in model miele except for bigger jobs. Another john recommendation.

So I asked him how much would it cost to replace the cord. He said he may be able to repair the cord and save me the $40 replacement cord. Right then I decided this is the right place.I am a handy person and have all the tools necessary, I have no doubt that I can fix it myself. But because Dan has the same mindset that I have, I decided to take it to him.It took him less than 2 hours to fix the cord and to do a tune-up on the unit. The Kirby came back humming like new!

Reading online, I became interested in the Baby Lock brand, and I went to Ralph's to have a look. They have each of the different models on display. Also, they were very helpful in explaining the differences between the various models. I had read online the specs and features, but these guys really explained what it all means and which features would be important for the kind of sewing I plan to do! It was great being able to learn from some very knowledgeable and courteous guys before making this purchase.
