Janelle Adams: I always have the best experience at The Club! Not only are the drinks and snacks wonderful but the customer service is top notch! The facilities are always clean and Roza is such a sweetheart. Make sure to visit while flying in or out of SJC!

Mark Tomczak: Very happy with this space as an opportunity to duck out of the crowds and to get some work done. The space has little one seat pods with fold-out tables that are very comfortable for doing some laptop work.
Valor Metal Works LLC: Club and staff were awesome! Rosa was very kind and a smiling face that was happy to do whatever she could to help me and my group feel at home. We only had a few minutes and the whole staff went out of their way to get us our food quick and say hello while they were at it! I will make a point of stopping in any time I’m passing through San Jose!

They seem to be decently staffed, though there could be more people helping out food wise.Check in was no big issue, but it is departure only.
Thien Trang: Great place to unwind before a flight! You order food and drinks via QR code on the table or seat that you are in.
Alex Ciaraglia: Clean, quick snack stop. Lounge is pretty spacious. Offers lite bites, full bar, soda machine, and coffee machine. Staff were very quick to bring your order. Bathrooms have multiple stalls and a changing table.

Frankie Rodriguez Jr: I like the staff. If they weren't friendly and cool people it wouldn't be worth it. Karaoke isn't bad but could use a lot of improvement. The KJ needs to use his hard drive more and stop being lazy depending on Karafun which should only be used as a supplement and not a main source of song selection. Many of their versions suck.Also drinks are heavily overpriced but the establishment is still nice enough to spend the money on occasion. I've only heard from others about the food and it's all been good. The place is trendy and does draw quite a crowd and seems to stay busy which is a good sign.

Sandeep Ranganathan: I've been here a couple of times. The live music scene on Friday's is fantastic and you probably can just walk in without having to make a reservation. It's slightly tricky to locate this one since it's located within the hotel. Great drinks and service along with ample seating for larger groups.
