Municipal Rose Garden: what do users think?

Brandy Morgan: Beautiful location, and there were lots of people out there to take pictures for their special occasion. Some of the people were rude and brought a sense of entitlement with them, but we didn't allow it to spoil the moment. The gardens are for EVERYONE to enjoy, and not a single person or group should feel like they have control over specific areas for photo opportunities. Please be patient and wait your turn!

Adam Zhang: Very beautiful park that had nice street parking. It is very peaceful and had a nice big fountain as a centerpiece

Fendika Prawisma: Very beautiful rose garden! I went there in late May. Probably it's a bit too late, but I could still see varieties of roses. The place was crowded in the afternoon. Lots of high school graduates taking pictures and also lots of content creators ^^. It's very instagrammable I bet. Parking is on street around the park and it's FREE.

Jeanine Miskell: Restrooms: CleanPicnic area: Great areas to picnic

jiggbury: Awesome place to just relax! If you come at the right time, there's a ton of roses to see!Dog-friendliness: No dogs allowed

Tony Montana: Always nice families there. I order out and eat here

Ravindra Sewak: Riot of colors and roses, all blooming in the season. A must see for all San Jose visitors.

Sean Murray: Pretty flowers - and a nice fountain. There are frequently ice cream men.

Subramanian V V: A beautiful place to spend a relaxed evening among such beautiful flowers! Ao colourful and so well maintained!

Sath Ch: It’s all about flowers 💐 🌸🌹🌺Beautiful though.

Rafael Hernandez: The park is very nice

Faye Naba: Heaven on earth. I love this beautiful, peaceful place!!

Mark Hayes: was mostly informative with the actual history, which was a lot more interesting, and made the visit more enjoyable.Overall, the house was really neat to walk through, getting a glimpse into the past and why some rooms and staircases are the way they are. If you're tall, be sure to duck!Be prepared to arrive early enough to avoid missing your tour. Traffic into and around the area can get really bad.

Tracey Cleary: . I am glad I went but the price was a bit high. One last thing, go earlier in the day or earlier in the year if you can, it gets pretty warm

Brandy Saunders: So I’m very glad I did some research before I went here. The whole ghost psychic stories you hear about Mrs. Winchester I read were more after she died, and told by the family that bought her property. I feel they did it for the money and tourism. From what I read Mrs. Winchester was a strong independent woman, and in her time if you were a strong independent women you were viewed sometimes as a crazy woman. Amazing beautiful home! I’m just glad I read about her before I went and listened to the tour so I could make my own opinion about her, and her home. While I liked the tour I like going at my own pace, I felt the guided tour was a little longer than it needed to be. I believe they do the guided though because people have gotten lost before.

Faith Capalia: was so so nice and gave me the email address of someone I can contact to have one sent to me. Another employee felt bad that I couldn’t get a pressed penny and offered stickers to my partner and I. Everyone was so kind and I’m so happy to have gone!! I can’t wait to go back again for the extended tour!!

The ghost stories may be exaggerated but the architectural oddities are not, and it was just as wonderful and strange as I hoped it would be!

Marsha 909: This is a great museum right in the heart of downtown San Jose. It's not huge. There were installations using various forms of media. A nice museum to pop in while you're in the downtown area.Unfortunately when I visited one of the three exhibition rooms was being set up for the next installation. If you are paying full price for entry, I would maybe check in advance to see how much you will be able to see.

K M: This was a cool park to visit for stretching the legs and getting some sun before exploring the city. I would love to come back when there is a festival going on that would be cool.

Melystikal: Found this little hidden gem while browsing Google maps. Just love the fact that tik tok has not burned this spot because literally no one was there and that's how I like it. 😁

Carolyn Marovitch: ones. The only parking that I found was the parking structure

Madeline Matias: Very cool idea of Monopoly

Laurel Clayson: The highlight of my trip to the Bay Area! It is on the smaller side, but incredibly well curated. I spent over an hour here. Your mileage may vary depending on your level of enthusiasm for textiles. I especially loved "You May Recognize Yourself," a show of mostly monochrome sewn portraits of women seen from the back, made of household textiles of the type that may have historically been found in a dowry, like tablecloths and bed linen. I did indeed recognize myself.Recommend for everyone who enjoys art, textiles, sewing, or crafts.
