I'm gonna give a quick plug here for them: please consider a raise or bump or bonus for these folks. You cannot "buy" good employees like these.I highly recommend South Bay Materials. This place has open warehouse where you can visually see and feel the raw materials before purchasing. The pricing is comparatively competitive to other sellers nearby. We went to get rocks for backyard modeling. Their delivery is also quicker so can rely this place for immediate developments.

A week later we went down and purchased another 11 bags of soil and informed them that we would be back After we dropped these bags off. Jun Lu: This is a place that you can trust on quantity and quality. I used the rockery a few times, most items are in very good quality. Most of the yard area is clean and easy to access. Staff are very friendly most of the time.My last order is mini bark and mini lava rock. High quality materials. Good price. On time delivery.AND, they never cheat you on the quantity. If you order 10 yards, you get 10 yards. Very honest company compared to another rockery in evergreen.Suggestion: compost and planter mix quality need a boost — I have to buy somewhere else. I wish someday I can buy all materials from this rockery.Overall 5 star.

Richard Li: I would like to share my story.About ten days ago, my contractor bought some pavers for a small project in my side-yard. As the project was small, we didn't need many stones/bricks, and therefore the store had to break some pallet. Usually, they would charge some hand-stacking fee, which would cost $200+. Initially I was emotionally upset, and felt I have been mistreated. Then, I raised the whole story to their manager, named Sven. Sven is a busy person, but he personally took a good care of my concerns, and then kindly and generously refunded me all the pallet fee. In addition, the receptionist assigned a good expert helping me to look for pavers with special color and size.About ten years ago, I bought a large amount of pavers for my backyard, and recommended it to a few neighbors for their backyard pavements. All of us had a wonderful experience.Highly recommended, no matter if your project is a small one or a big one. They treat all your projects, even a tiny project, equally as a large one.Thank you, Sven, and your staff members!

We bought porcelain, ledgestone, pavers, cobble rocks, and many other garden stuff from here because its price is cheaper and good service. All sales are final sale mean can't return or exchange. I try to combine trips by dropping off C&D Debris and picking up landscape materials. The drop off works because the landfill sticks to the posted hours, but half the time the landscape material gate is closed. Like random Saturdays, like the morning the day before Thanksgiving, like when it rains, like 3:15 pm when one Web site says 4:00 pm and the other 3:30. Plan your trips around lunchtime weekdays and ALWAYS call before you go.

I am in the process of rooting passionfruit cuttings for sale and seed sprouting another type. She looked up ways yo help me online without me asking for that kind of help. I bought 1 25-gallon and 2 20-gallon pots and matching saucers and soil. I asked so many places where I could get them, and no one would give me a good answer, or they would charge me $100+ for delivery. The price was so reasonable, I'm coming back asap for most of my purchases from now on.
Stanley: Best price for deep and wide pots. I found some 16-18 inch deep pots that is very hard to find. Home Depot and Lowes don’t even sell them and the closest match they have are $12-$15 each. While some local nurseries sell them for $20-$25. Rasa gives it to you for $8-$10.
