LK H: First time I visited this store -- very competent sales people. I called the evening before to see if they had 2 inch stainless steel #12 screws - the salesperson stated they had it in stock. I told him I would be by the next day. He informed me that he would not be in, but would pass on my request to the person on shift the next day. Sure enough Dan knew I had called and immediately provided me with the screws. Better than the big box stores and Ace Hardware.
