Check in at the desk is you want assistance from one of their advisors who have design experience.One additional feature is their warehouse of countertop slabs in marble, porcelain and quartz. Lots of patterns and designs that can really make your remodel shine. There are also some slabs that are discounted that are outside and near the warehouse doors. Great place to see a range of offerings. Prices are per slab, and fabrication is not included.

She provided great suggestions on the different patterns the tiles could be installed in, and on the grout color, etc.As if that was not enough, Dawn checked with me on the day of the delivery since it was raining, and she remembered from our previous conversations that I had a long driveway which would make moving tiles all the way to the back of the house quite difficult on a rainy and stormy day, and she offered to reschedule my delivery to a different day instead which was very helpful of her !The crew that came in to drop the tiles at my home was also thoroughly professional, agreeable and pleasant. Shopping here was a great experience overall !

Patterns and textures are what stand out here; many are innovative and quality is very good, though you can sometimes find similar designs elsewhere for less. All their tile is imported from Spain, so expect aup to a 12 week lead time for some selections. Staff are available to answer questions, but you are also welcome to just browse, too.

Floor Depot had great pricing, nice flooring products and down to earth, friendly and nice service. I worked with George and he was very responsive to my sense of urgency since the replacement was unexpected, I was renting the space out and I live in an unusual mountain area. The product came in on time and the flooring installation by Remodel Masters was excellent. The workmanship of the installation was top notch. The installers took the time and effort to do an excellent quality job. My home has many angles. I worked with the installers to make sure they used the paint I had kept from the original baseboards from a remodel 10 years ago. The baseboards look fantastic and my floor is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Floor Depot and their installation team, Remodel Masters.

Pallab D: Ok... about 250sft of living room floor was damaged due to a freaky water leak. The logical path forward was to replace 1200sft of lamintes as this one continuous flooring covering living, dining, kitchen, family, laundry and vanity. Here's where Michael came to the rescue! He researched the original flooring laid about 10 yrs ago... and I kid you not, found exactly the same laminates! Phew! Delivery happened in 3 days and we were off to the races. Now contrast this with 3 other stores I had visited prior. Each one took a look at the sample and offered close matches, but NO ONE bothered to research and spend time to find the original manufacturer just based on some codes and holograms barely visible on rear of the laminate surface! This is going ABOVE AND BEYOND! I would recommend Michael and the Floor Depot in a heart beat.
