The artist Levi was extremely laid back and very easy to talk to, he made this experience overall way less stressful than I anticipated genuinely one of the coolest people I've met in a while. Levi absolutely killed it and exceeded my expectations in overall quality by a tenfold. I am 100% happy with my first tattoo I love it!Now let's talk about the shop, this place is absolutely spotless very very clean and everything is super tidy. The environment is very relaxing and it's not an overwhelming atmosphere by any means super chill in there, very nice bathroom where I was able to change in some shorts it was freakin spotless in there very sanitary place. Adolfo Hernandez: @Marisa, first and foremost, thank you! I took a forearm tattoo I sketched up. Little did I know, but tattoo artist find bands difficult because of placement and the human anatomy is not a perfect square. There are muscles and bone to take into account. Marisa took my sketch and made some awesome suggestions. To simply get the stencil took a bit, but she was determined to make it right, which I didn’t mind. Never once did it felt rushed. She must have placed the stencil on my arm about 5 times to ensure it was the best placement and that it looked centered. Again, I greatly appreciate the patience and dedication. Other artist would just say “eff it, let’s just get it over with” but loved the dedication here. It’s a tattoo! It should never feel rushed. And the tattoo has sentimental value as well. Well, tat came out clean! Them lines are sharp! I know it was a grueling tattoo, but what an amazing outcome! Thank you!

The environment is so welcoming, they review your tattoo with you until you are in love with it, and the actual tattooing is very fun and relaxing. I can’t wait to come back for more, I would recommend this shop and these artists to anyone!Requested style: I asked Kay for a crystal wrap tattoo, but with a specific crystal shape and geometry. I’m a professional geologist, so I was picky about what it looked like. She took the reference pictures I sent and knocked it out of the park! She also had suggestions to make the tattoo feel even more complete that I was really happy to have as options.

I have been doing a lot of research to get commemorative matching tattoos with my mom for my brother and after messaging 22 artists they all said no after hearing our story as to why my mom was getting her tattoo in a certain placement Richie was kind enough to hear us out and ask the manager if they could do it and she said yes! Melanie was our artist and she was so kind and patient and light handed, I barley even felt the tattoo I was getting on my ribs. Thurein Kyaw: Just wanted to give a shout out to the team right here at Soul Imagez Tattoo. I walked in on Sunday without any appointments and they are still able to help me out. It is a small tattoo so it was quick but if you are doing something big I would recommend getting an appointment to make your experience flawless.Anyway starting with the reception team. Very welcoming. Explained the whole process pretty well to me. They worked with me for my design and take their time with any adjustments until you are happy. Gave me all the information I needed including the price quote upfront after we agreed upon a design so you know what you are getting into.I waited minimal time despite having no appointment. My tattoo artist Nick was very patient with me. Explained the process very well since this is my very first time getting a tattoo. He worked with me for any small adjustments until I am completely satisfied and talked thru the tattoo process because I was a bit nervous.Overall, I can't stressed how happy I am with this location and the employees. He provided guidance on which sizes would be appropriate for the line styles to prevent blurred lines as the tattoo faded with time. A year later I went to Davis again for my lion amd roses thigh piece. He's super friendly and nice. Very accommodating to newbies and big babies like me. The thigh piece hurt a lot but Davis was super nice to give me breaks and snacks. His line work and stippling is outta this world! All 3 pictures are taken right after it was done.

Karen Maassen: They said on Google they were a piercing shop but they are no longer a piercing shop. The next closest piercing shop is "pierce out" on Union avenue that is 3.5 miles away. Needless to say they are meaningful to me & how important it was to have someone I can trust. I was a little nervous because of all the advice I was getting regarding the pain especially on my foot.I’m so glad I chose Lucid Illusions because I got the best …. Mary! She did an absolute phenomenal job. She listened carefully to my request in design & colors. The pain was honestly worth it! It really didn’t hurt as bad as I thought & she didn’t make me feel nervous. Watching a show on Netflix & talking to each other helped me occupy my mind off any pain.My daughter had her tattoo done by Mary also & is returning for another.I would definitely recommend this place & Mary to anyone who really wants a beautiful tattoo. Aidan Belleau: Friday the 13th tattoo experience was insane. A good type of insane. Showed up at 4pm after work and put my name in, #134 and they had 5 artists working. Come 8pm they were on #60s and downt to 4 artists. Come 12:30am I had a flash behind my ear. Great artists, kind staff, communication was easy and straightforward. Honestly for what is was worth I was impressed on the overall vibe and experience.
george schoonover: Absolutely phenomenal artist! I traveled from one coast to the other to have the opportunity to have Tommy use his talents on me. I'm very happy with the piece he did and can't wait for the next piece. Hopefully he comes up to Seattle for the next Expo that's in town, so we begin the next project!

Dynamic Enterprise: Very happy with the work done here with KT, The culture, The continuous compliments I receive, as well as the world wide underrated recognition this shop gets. Some of the reviews seem fake. If you can't pay the ticket go get a cheap tattoo somewhere else but if you want the best work for traditional Japanese art this is the spot. I shopped for a Dragon tattoo for a couple of years and this is where I landed. Would recommend and will get more.

James Clayton: The experience at Kt dragon is great this is my second piece from them. My first was by Tony he did a great job on my cover up and I still have work to get done with him my second piece was by Corey. Corey was very professional and he worked quick on the outline. He was great with his art, free hand a lot of the details and it came out amazing. We got through all of the outline and I will be back in a few weeks to continue the piece. Highly recommend the shop.

Vivian Wang (Vivian): Highly recommend NG tatoo studio. The enviorment is bright and clean, the staff are all so friendly! My artist is Van and she's awesome! Especially good in floral tatoo desgins. I want a lotus floral arm wrap, and don't have specific image, Van spent more than one hour to discuss the design with me, she was really patient and would like to make sure all details perfect. I did check all artists' ins page and compared their design and learned about their works, which made me kinda trust her from the every begining. Truly appreciate the hard work of Van!

Lyssa: Big Tuna was awesome! My second tattoo and my boyfriend's first. He was super nice and put effort into making sure the stencil was aligned and perfect. He made sure that the pain wasn't too much for both me and my boyfriend. Overall amazing. Also, I'm visiting California for Thanksgiving, and didn't have a lot of time to find someone who can do watercolor, and he exceeded my expectations. 💙

I knew what I wanted in my head but he was the one that really made it come to life, he totally listened and understood my vision for this piece. His black and grey work is phenomenal, I came to him specifically for his lettering and his style. I had a little accident I went on vacation two days after my appointment and didn’t take care of it properly I freaked out and called Hayden, he scheduled me in as soon as I got back so he can take a look and do some damage control as well touch ups once it healed completely. Super grateful for his expertise and being so unjudgmental to the situation… I followed his instructions to the T and my arm looks better than ever! The shop was clean and very welcoming I can see why they are rated so high.
