Thankfully they had a few open tables that we could rent and play on.They have great paddles, high quality ping pong balls, and excellent tables where you can play. They make ping pong accessible to a broad audience and it was a joy to visit. Highly recommend!

Ravi Komanduri: Shashin and team here took great care of my twin, 7 year old daughters here, while they learned basics of table tennis at the Fremont table tennis academy for over a year. I enrolled them in group classes and they enjoyed not just learning TT, but also interacting with other kids at the academy. Shashin and team always were very friendly towards my kids, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone interested in educating their kids about TT.
Deepthi Pulluri: My daughter has been training with coach shashin at Fremont table tennis academy for more than 7 years now, she started it as an after school activity and now is in champions training program. All the coaches, specially shashin has been really encouraging and helped her improve her game significantly. He understands each kid’s’ personality, their strengths and trains them accordingly. Arsalan Afrakhteh: Fremont Table Tennis academy is a great place to learn ping pong and enjoy it. Coach Shashin is a very experienced player and has many years of training in China and Germany and played the game for a very long time. More importantly, he and his family always give you a warm welcome when you get there. His mom is for sure a favorite! There are weekly leagues which are a great way to finish your weekend. There are also official tournaments every two-three months with lots of fun. I personally participated in many of them. My 8 years old son has been going there too for about a year now and we enjoy watching him improve while having fun every week.

With limited time my daughter gets to play outside of the Academy, I can see that her game is slowly improving.Daughter loves the instructors and personal attention and is eager to come for her Weekly Trainings.No complaints. The 1 Hr class is just about right for younger kids and keeps them occupied. Various games/contests within the 1 Hr ensure kids do not find it monotonous.Plan to have daughter attend in long-run if she takes interest further, but for starters and good learning, do not hesitate.On a sidenote, Coach Shashin is awesome and knows all kids by names and take the occasional time to correct wrong posturing/play in kids. I guess that personal attention and call makes a personal difference for kids.Raghav
Anna Lee: Our first visit to FTTA will certainly not be our last. My 18-year old son flew in from LA to compete in a tournament and the experience was excellent. The players were all very talented and there was a diverse mix of cultures, ages and skillsets which really distinguishes this club from others. Shashin is the proprietor and head coach of the facility and runs an extremely professional and inviting place where players are made to feel welcome while still getting some great, competitive or recreational play time in.
Dom Singavarapu: If you want to be a proud father of a champion kid.. this is your pit stop. Amazing place to train your kid in TT 🏓. Coach is very skillful and disciplined. He has a lotta accolades and many grand achievements. This is right between 680 and 880 so it's very convenient if you have to travel from far. Lovely family owned business and definitely a must place to train your kids. They also train adults if you are keen. Ample parking available and is also ♿️ friendly. They follow local covid protocols.

We are the home club of current US #1 Women Lily Zhang.
Along many other US National Team members are training here on a regular basis.
Our founder, Hailong Shen, is the current US National Team Coach for Team USA. He has been coaching in the Bay Area since 2008. Some of his prominent students includes Ariel Hsing, who represented the US in the 2012 London Olympic Games. All our coaches are professional ping-pong athletes that are highly ranked in the nation, and our coaching team raises a number of national champions each year.
We are open to the general public for open play, host weekly competition events and monthly tournaments. We also offer table tennis training programs throughout the year for both adults and children.
Open Play may be available at other time for groups. Please contact us to book.
