That said, once contracted, Kacie was able to get everything moving as fast as she could. The delay in responses is really the sign of she and her team being busy. She was patient and considerate to my situation and in fact rescheduled the survey to get is done in a timely manner. The actual survey did not need me to miss my work or be on the site. It went completely uneventful. They offered the best price compared to any other company. I highly recommend them.

Mandy Lam: to meet City's need.For the property corners marking job, since my site is a very steep slope and there was construction going on, it was very inaccessible. There was not even enough flat ground to seat the surveying instruments safely. Anthony tried various positions but unable to get the instruments to align, which was crucial to get readings. He kept trying different methods and finally got the job done. He was professional all along, and patiently explained to me what his was trying to achieve.For the building corners marking job, I had to postpone the appointments Kacie scheduled for me multiple times due to delay from my GC on site preparation for the survey. At the end I felt so embarrassed but Kacie was patient and told me it was okay. When my lot was finally ready for her surveyor to come in, we needed it right away. Otherwise we risked missing the grading moratorium deadline, translated to 6 months delay for my project. She was fully booked but after listening to my cry for help, she juggled things around and squeezed me in last minute. I was so relief and grateful. A BIG THANK YOU Kacie!All in all, this is a company with professional team, care about customers, and with very reasonable price. I do notice that they are super busy
