Pam Hammond: Doctor Liu and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, skillful, patient, helpful and attentive to their patients. Doctor Liu has been my doctor and my families' Doctor for many years. I highly recommend Doctor Liu and this office! They are all AWESOME!!!

As I expected, Dr. Mastman did not share that optimism; he was very attentive, ran additional tests, and gave me a referral to a neuro-optometrist. I had to drive for 1 hour to see him, but it was worth it!

Carole Ann Moore: I've been a patient for about two years and I like this place. I've been to other opticians where I felt as if they were trying to upsell exams and glasses, but that's not the situation here at Spectrum Eye Physicians. The only problem I had was that even though I had the contact lens exam, which I think was an extra $85, we couldn't find a pair of lenses that worked for me. They gave me many samples to try, but they stuck to my eye so much I couldn't get them out. I don't have dry eyes and I've never had a problem when I used contact lenses years ago. But, I don't think this is Spectrum's fault, but just rather a change in the manufacturing of the lenses or my eyes... who knows. They tried hard, and I gave up. I also very much like the woman who fits the glasses. She sits at the desk near the entrance and helps with choosing frames and then does the insurance work-up. There's just something comforting about her presence. She is very professional, knowledgeable and always follows through.
Kendra Johnson: They optometrists here are very thorough and respectful of your choices and finances. They also have this cool back of the eye picture ability so they can check for problems other optometrists can’t!

Donna: Dr. Mastman is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the prescription he was going to send to my pharmacy. All the staff members were polite and professional. The woman who checked my paperwork and insurance was very polite and said, “welcome to our office,” when she noticed that I’m a new patient. The medical assistant or nurse was very nice and went out of her way to show me the eyelid scrubs that they recommend. I highly recommend this office.
