Normally I have to special order shoes for my clown feet, but they were able to pull out 3 different pairs of wide turf shoes in my size. The person who helped me was super nice and helpful to boot.

Even though it was almost closing time, he assisted with the steam service for my baseball glove, allowing me to take it home the same day instead of making another trip the next day. The shopping environment is clean and tidy, and the overall shopping experience was excellent.

But what I really liked was a person ahead of me in line was having trouble with a coupon on her phone we've all been there but the cashier was nice and helpful and together they scanned the coupon...I'm not sure of her name but that was good costumer service .. something a lot of stores are forgetting about!!!!

We tried different styles and different sizes and settled on a Nike one. Before we pay, the sales person asked where we live. We answered Fremont. He immediately applied 15% off and said the store supports local students. I really feel blessed to have such a good local store and good customer service. Btw, I bought two shoes from the same store about seven years ago for myself. And I also had a good buying experience at the time.
