Lou ggle: Always great apparel. Have fun and exciting apparel that differs from most stores including hot topic, Spencer's, etc. It's right in between from casual wear to hilarious tee's. Love always walking in and wishing I can buy everything I want.

Carl Foisy: First off Iâd like to say that itâs hella cool to have a locally owned spot like NC Boardshop in our community. Looking for some gifts for my kids, I cruised past this store, and thanks to their small Open sign, I pulled over. While the building looked dark and closed in the evening, once you turn the corner youâll see itâs open and well lit. Theyâve got the goods like Salty crew and Santa Cruz stuff. Their own NC gear is cool too, and theyâve gotta great selection of sun glasses. For the sk8rs, theyâve got everything you needâŠ.and if youâre an oldschooler, youâll appreciate the legendary decks displayed. Proud to spend locally at this spot. PlusâŠtheyâve got hella stickers.

Jay: . Itâs surprisingly good. The shop doesnât have anything to do with the performance of a board, but thereâs something magical about going to a shop looking for a particular board, getting the last one, and then having a really good session on it the next day.

I was very impressed with their large inventory, especially with the limited supplies most vendors have right now. I'm currently having great fun riding the board I purchased from them.

Johannes Meusburger: Great costumer service! They built my first skateboard, walked me through all the parts and explained pricing differences. They helped me select a helmet and made sure it fit snug. Fully recommend and I will definitely come back.
Jay: I love this shop! Itâs small but has a decent selection. Taylor is super chill and is great at his job. One of the best parts about skate shops seeing whatâs new and talking skateboarding. Skateworks is a classic skate shop in that sense. You wonât get that from online shops or Zumiez. Thereâs also a mini ramp in there where I usually see kids taking lessons. Iâm not sure if itâs open to the public but every time I see it I want to skate it.
Luisiana: Came here yesterday to buy a helmet, they made sure the helmet fit perfectly by adjusting the padding and having me try on different combinations. Great selection of safety gear and super friendly! I was out within 30 minutes to be ready to go to the nearest skate park.
