Jerry Jackson: I want to Thank Frank, Oscar, and his helper for one of the best experience I had with Advantage Heating & Sheetmetal. From the start, they were nothing but please to work with. Starting with Frank, for his re-design of my undersized HVAC ducting, to Oscar, and his helper with one of the best looking installs I've experienced.The install was clean, with the crew bring drop cloths to cover all areas of work. They even went out of their way to adjust, and clean my downstairs registers to provide better flow.This was an A-1 install crew!

Jeff Fox: Advantage installed a new Trane top of the line heat pump system to replace my gas furnace and old central air conditioning system. The work was done just days after I signed the contract. They estimated that it would take about 2 days from start to finish, but they deployed a large number of workers who were able to complete the entire job in just one day! They did a very good job, and were amazingly responsive when I needed a tech to return to make some minor adjustments.My only reasons for not giving them a 5 star rating is that they did not leave the job site in a pristine condition. I needed to clean up a bit afterwards. They also misconfigured the new circuit breakers, although they remedied the error immediately after I sent them a photo of the misconfigured panel. All in all, they did a fine job and provided excellent customer service.
Jerry & Christina Realtors: The moment we spoke with Frank we new we were in good hands. We asked for a quote, which he gave during that first phone call. We added a few items and those items were taken care of and the price adjustments were reasonable and easily agreed to. The staff that came to do the work were professional and respectful. They did their job, left the place clean and managed work around us because we were working from home. Stacey Romo: . We agreed on the following day. He was very honest regarding our addition of AC and the replacing of our heating unit. He explained their product line that ADVANTAGE has and why they carry them. His quote was very reasonable and offered to start within days. We accepted and they started the install process. During their in process inspection, they found a slight disconnect of existing air duct in the attic and fixed it. It was something me and my spouse wondered about for years. Work completed! After almost 1 year, our house is now cool in the summer. With the new heating unit and repaired "heat leak" in our attic, our house heats much quicker and our winter heating bill is lower.I wish all of our local services were like ADVANTAGE.Bottom Line: Frank is professional and true to his word.ADVANTAGE has great customer service. Andrew Davis: I got in touch with Advantage heating & sheet metal and right away their office admin was able to schedule an appointment for Frank to come out the very next day. It was clear after doing a walk through of my project of adding a full brand new central heat/ A/C system with all new ducting that Frank was much more knowledgeable compared to other companies I had contacted. Even better was that after making a deal with Frank his team was able to show up the next day and got it finished in 2.5 days! This was also the week of Christmas Day so it was amazing have it all ready for the holidays! Frank delivered the new units personally along with his 2 installers David & Misael who were both extremely professional and respectful of my house as well!
