Antonia Martorella: Great service. They made me so comfortable and enjoyed the place.
zandra leong: Great service and the best varieties of machine to choose from, very knowlegeable and informative staff
Carmen Villanueva: I recently began my search to replace my 30 year old sewing machine. Cynthia and Betty were both so helpful and patient with all of my questions and they took a lot of time showing me the different options that are available at different price points. They have a lot of machines from different manufacturers that you can try out and they also offer classes to help with your new purchase.
Vidya Gadave: I took 2 classes here. My new machine basics and My new machine basic and beyond. Both classes were amazing. Mona was our mentor and she is so experienced and supportive. They supplied material to make a cute pouch in second class and I got to practice sewing a pouch with a zipper.Overall very happy and would highly recommend it.
Trisha Silveira: They spent so much time showing me different models of sewing machines. Answered all of my questions and I couldn鈥檛 be happier with my purchase, they really bent over backwards to make me a happy satisfied customer. And they succeeded. I love that they have daily classes and will definitely be signing up. It has the feeling of being part of the family while remaining professional. Shiela Mona and especially Tim meissner thank you for everything you did for me!!
Norma Jean Welter: Had to take my 6 yr old Riccar upright in for an emergency inspection after she started smoking. Thankfully, they were able to make the needed repairs for a very reasonable rate and the fact that they will put that money towards a new machine in the event the old one is irreparable makes the choice much easier in these tough economic times. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and the shop is easy to get to.
Annette Cavalier: A lot to choose from a mix and match. Good prices. The service is exceptional. You get the support you need even after the purchase with classes for the use of your sewing machine. I did my research and Meissner is hands down the best choice to purchase a quality machine .
Roxy Lara Shaw: Such a friendly professional people. No pressures to buy expensive machines but happy to explain how they operate. So happy they also carry fabric and vacuums.

Renee Burke: so we weren't able to get the last repair done in a reasonable time. But when the party comes in we will take the machine back in to have them fix it.
James Donald: was friendly.
Josh Gilbert: Friendly staff, timely service. Brought our machine in on a Saturday and it was ready by Wednesday; picked it up that following Saturday. Cost $90 to repair and tune our machine, very happy with results.
Jill Price: He did a good job on my Sewing Machine
Monique Butler: This shop is the reason I support small business. More than once I have been mid-project and needed an accessory or part for my machine and I can run and get it instead of ordering online and waiting days, for the same price or less. I will continue to support Ray's as long as I live in the south bay!
Ted Giraldin: Ken just lives and breathes these machines! Amazing sales and service, plus a real, genuine sense of multi-generational-family-pride in the business! I can honestly say as a new sewist, the Ray's Special is so intuitive and easy to use it has made the craft so much fun, and it's taken all the intimidation out of it.
Minda Mora: Accommodating...friensly....generous....Fair price...good location....
Brian Venegas: Friendly owner
