Sometimes there are wait times because it gets packed but most of the time I don’t have to wait there is also an employee that walks around sometimes to help out which is pretty cool, and the people that come here usually care about their cars so if you happen to forget towels, people have helped me out in the past which was pretty awesome of them. I would definitely recommend coming here because the prices are definitely more affordable than other car washes.

For under $100, I had the exterior hand washed, the interior vacuumed, and everything wiped down, including the seat belts. The service is fantastic and the value is fabulous. Jason and his team at Pacific Hand Wash did excellent, above and beyond work on cleaning the exterior of my truck. When the job was finished my truck looked just like the day I bought it, shiny and new. I will be back soon for a full complete detail because I know it will be worth every penny.

Joel Domasig: Despite all the negative reviews. I went to this place today. The guy at the new membership took his time to explain to me what I'm getting into. I got a $1/month for the first month, $12.99 for the 2nd and 3rd month, and $19.99/month afterwards. The serivce offering and explanation are crystal clear. This service is for unlimited exterior wash and imho a cheap service, if not the cheapest in this area. All my questions and concerns were answered in a very respectful way. Please keep up this great service and ignore the negative reviews. I was also given a free 4-pass free to give to my friends. Seriously, even without the first 3 months discounts, the $19.99/month unlimited carwash is already cheap. What more can you ask for?

K H: This place has updated since I last visited. Feels much more premium, the gas station is now full-service and the car wash itself has updated parts, all the employees in clean white uniforms. I think it's structurally wider and might fit most full-size pickups. Note that it's card-only no cash for the car wash, and there's no longer a menu with different levels of wash just simple one-time or subscription pricing. My filthy car is nice and clean now though, so it's still getting the job done! Staff was friendly and professional.

Veronica P.: They do a pretty good job washing my car, cleaning the inside; not so much. It’s always still dirty after they do my interior. They don’t clean the center console where they shifter is. They also don’t clean the inside of the doors.
Jaymar Simon: This place is really good. They have a setup where you come in and ask what type of service you want and if you want Chevron gas. Once you pull up to the vacuum area, you leave your car keys and the employees will do the rest. You make your way through this gift shop store and pay for the service, which includes an air freshener. Finally, you wait for the staff to call you by your car model when they are done. My wife likes them so much that she invested in the membership which includes one monthly full car wash and unlimited exterior drive-thru wash. When there is a long line at the register, the only drawback is they might call your car is done while you're waiting in the long line to pay.

They take Apple Pay but the package I was trying to purchase, they needed the physical card. 🤦♀️ lady did not tell me that otherwise I would have went with a different package, so I had to pay a full price of $110 not get the unlimited washes and the extra full service. Just the one service..Other than that fantastic job inside and out!!
