Lucky Rae Gomez: and according to Eddie I need to step up my GAME!! Eddie and Luis not only showed up ON TIME to deliver my safe, they called prior and communicated the whole delivery through. They were super careful during the delivery and installation and made sure they did not ding or hit walls or furniture while they zig-zagged to the installation spot. They were clean and efficient … in and out in no time. Sure its easy to make a sale…but the delivery and customer service given by Eddie and Luis insures that when I “step up my rookie numbers” it will be with NorCal Safe & Vault.

Henry Martin: We’ve been having on going issues with our church main doors so I gave Orchard city lock a call. I made an appointment “they are very busy” to meet a locksmith between 10am-12 noon. I got a call from Justin around 10:30am “he said he was in the parking lot”Long story short our front door locks are very old and I was certain Justin was going to come buy to see what we had and order new complete locks. To my delight Justin took them apart then disappeared to his van and repaired both the door handle locking mechanism’s. When he was done both the doors “which have been having trouble opening for the past 2 years” worked better then they ever had, as far back as I can remember.Thank you Justin for your expertise and taking time to make the doors work properly again.

Terrence Dow: The new lock on my fence is a small key that nobody could match up for a spare. Someone told me about this place on Bascom that was very good. Dave welcomed me and I told my story. He gave a quote and with my ok, went about making a new one with a grinder and then to another key cutter.If there was a problem bring it back.I had very little if any doubt it would work and in fact I think it's a better fit than the original key! Eric: I went to this place to duplicate a key using a key blade I got from after market. The key blade's plastic holding part is very small and narrow and I don't think a regular self-help key copy machine can do the job. The owner helped me making the copy using the key blade and he had to adjusted it a few time before it can work. At the end, it turns out working perfectly. The price is reasonable too. And the most important thing is, had I just used a key copy machine to do it, I don't think it would work. I am lucky to find this place on Google. Recommend for anyone who needs help with their key related problems.

To think I had even contemplated a big box store option made me shudder because I would have been completely outclassed.Sure, you could buy a cheap foreign made safe from Costco and have it dropped off on your curb. You could test your friendships by getting your buddies together to try and muscle the thing into place, and hopefully not damage your house or body too much in the process. Or, you could call an expert like David who will install a premium American made product with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker.10/10 would recommend.

Daisy Dog: It was so refreshing to go into a real business. A real locksmith. I'm so tired of all the Google scams out there. They need to be charged with racketeering. When you try to find a locksmith Google directs you to where they want you to go , not where you want to go. Google makes it almost impossible to find a real local business. And to all you young people out there that don't understand or think it "Ok". Wake the f-,up. If you don't support and keep your local businesses in business. What do you think happens? People have no jobs, no nothing. This is a local locksmith. A real business. Not some scammers with a truck and go around and say their locksmiths. Sure they may know how to fix a lock. But there at jacking up the price you were told by Google. Somebody needs to make sure they are arresting these scammers.. And arrest Google too! Very simple. Google is a scammers dream. Google lets the liars and scammers take you for a ride. So ultimately Google should be held responsible.

george jahn: I brought in an old Baldwin mortise door lock cylinder. I estimate they have 2000 different key blanks on the wall. Fast, competent, competitive service. I have to relearn how to remove the cylinder, because I do this infrequently. A mobile locksmith maybe slightly more convenient, but much more expensive, 5 or 6 times I imagine.

They have such a huge selection of keys that if you pretty much need anything they have it, they know what it is or they can get it. This place has been my families go to for about a decade now. I just wish they were open on Saturdays cause when I come it is about a 30 minute drive and its easier on weekends. I hope this is a generational business and it stays open for a long time to come.
