Jeffrey Muya: This the second time I've rented an RV and both times have been great. We rent their A class RVs to take to EDC in Las Vegas and both times have been flawless.I have heard horror stories from people who have rented from other RV rental companies or directly from RV owners-- some people have said that some of the important functions such as their Air conditioning not working-- some people have complained that their rental was canceled 2 days before the event-- some people complained that their rental was given to another renter, thus ruining their vacation. I have never had any of those issues with Family RV.The front office has always been professional, kind and responsive. And their RV tech, Dave is very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. All they ask is to return the RV in the same working order that you took it. Also, highly recommend getting the internal and external cleaning package.We're doing EDC Las Vegas for a third time in 2024 and will definitely be using Family RV again!

Chris Moran: Outstanding service! The owner Duane has 30 years’ experience in Automotive repairs and this shop specializes in RVs. I had a problem with the smog failing due to catalytic converter code regulations for California – Duane knew the regulations and how the shop that failed the smog were incorrect.The RV I purchased from a friend was a wreck – Rats had infested the camper and chewed up wires, tubing and caused a great deal of damage. The rood needed to be resurfaced. All repairs / issues with the RV were photographed, and prior approval was confirmed with a phone call.Duane is very straight-talking honest mechanic and owner. His knowledge is second to none and his troubleshooting ability is top notch. He was able to expedite my repairs so I could take the RV out for a camping trip. Can’t recommend anymore!
Roma Gerofo: I found RV Terra after a long search to make modifications to my custom build van and the wait was worth it. Both Farid and Ramin are very knowledgeable and they made the best recommendations possible based on my requests. They made the entire process easy and explaining the what they were doing every step of the way. I am very happy with the quality of work and highly recommend!

Tom Petzoldt: RV Terra has provided highly experienced consultation, design, and installation services for my own Sprinter van project, while completing their own high quality vans. They’ve encouraged and provided guidance for my independent work where my skills allow and provided their own skills where I am limited or unsure. For example, RV Terra recommended specific electrical components and provided installation for the main electrical panel and wire routing to end points I had selected for appliances. Now, I’m installing and wiring up the appliances and doing carpentry. Similarly, RV Terra has installed the rack, vent, and solar panels I ordered. It’s been a very helpful and enjoyable collaboration.

We have spent hours there and when we do have a question they have no issues answering them. They understand the passion for for freedom traveling.When we decided on which one, they are definitely the people to work with. Love that most everything is indoors so the weather is perfect for viewing.
