Chris Ford: . During the consult, the writer took the time to talk about what kind of career/role I was looking for, every previous role I had, and teased out details that it never occurred me would be important for a resume. The writer also told me about ATS, which is apparently a keyword algorithm that auto-filters resumes, and they knew how to get past that as well. It was an excellent call, and the results were a resume that has not yet failed to get me the interview I wanted over the past 7 years. As I went to new roles, I would call Capstone up to revise my resume so that I could sculpt my resume to my desired career path. It has been, in a word, AWESOME, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Working with Mahesh has been the best investment I've made in myself this past year, and the ROI on my Executive Package has just been recouped many times over with this new role. Connor Engel: I worked with Luke G. He was prompt, personable, and clear about every step of the process. I always knew what I was getting and when I was getting in. It's important to remember with these services that they will never be perfect the first time. You're trying to sum up your life's work experience in a 30 minute phone call with a guy who is doing the same thing for 5 other people. Obviously there are going to be loose ends. The first draft of the essay had some notable mistakes, but the second draft was much better. No one who is writing your essay for you is going to be able to express what you feel about yourself in the ideal way. Especially not without knowing you at all. My advice is do this ahead of time like a responsible adult so you have time for multiple drafts, and don't expect the world, just a concise appropriate resume.
