Bill Kapsalis: To recycle park car on the street. Get a cart to load recycling. Go to one of the conveyor belts to get weight slip. Take the slip to the person at the window by the front entrance to get paid. Recycle and save the world! Good job!

It's actually just to the right before turning right around corner of Commercial St. Boy, that's what happened to me, because closed quarter traffic there can get pretty dangerous!PS: After you get your receipt for the amount you are to be paid, the ATM where you get your money can sometimes get stuck, you may not get all your money owed to you, even by the coin amount, which happened to me.And also please be careful when backing out to leave, because a pick-up truck came dashing in and almost hit me, whew!
