Nolyda Tep: I booked my RV rental through Outdoorsy, but next time, I'll book directly with them. When I contacted Outdoorsy, I received a very quick response from Harish within 10 minutes. Harish answered my questions about mileage, pick-up time, and drop-off time right away.After booking, I was assisted by Jess, the coordinator, who was awesome. We mainly communicated through texting, which was convenient for me. Jess first sent me a video on how to operate the RV, which I found very helpful as I prefer visual instructions.Finding the location made me a little anxious because it's located in the fairgrounds and there's no exact address. I took a Lyft there and we missed the turn even though we had received exact instructions from Jess. Once we met up at the pick-up site, she gave me an orientation on how to operate the RV. She is very friendly, and I felt comfortable asking her any clarification questions. This was my first time driving a Class C RV instead of a camper van, and Jess made sure to share all the tips and tricks, including how to turn corners, which made me feel confident driving it. The RV was well-maintained and very clean, and it even came with a goody bag!I appreciate that the RV came with a cleaning kit, including a broom and a sweeper, making it easier to keep the RV clean while we were out. I also love that they are pet-friendly because my little senior dog enjoyed the trip as well!Drop-off was easy. I communicated with Jess through texting, and that was it! Overall, it was an easy, enjoyable trip!

Eirena Oteyza: Jess was so helpful and accommodating with scheduling our first Class C experience. She sent instructional videos which was so helpful for first timers and it was so easy to follow. The rv was clean, had a strong fridge and freezer, lots of storage. Mattresses were comfortable especially since I’m a side sleeper. We had two adults one child and a dog and there was still plenty of space. I had absolutely no complaints! 10/10 experience!

Simone Secchi: Concerned by the many negative reviews, we didn't know what to expect. Instead of. The staff immediately appeared friendly and available for any request. They immediately welcomed us and took us to our camper where we carried out the routine checks and after having paid the remainder there was nothing left to do but leave. The camper was new with approximately 35,000km under its belt. Everything worked properly and cleanliness was acceptable. The only flaw was that some sheets in the kits provided were not exactly clean. The camper took us more than 4000km in 2 weeks without ever missing a beat... However, be prepared to shell out the dollars for a full tank because the V10 drinks like a charm. 200 liters of tank for approximately 800 km. Upon returning after a few minutes of waiting, the person in charge checked the camper thoroughly and ascertained that since there were no problems, the deposit could be returned. If you use toll roads, the agency offers the payment service at a service charge of 15 dollars. Thanks Cruise America!

Mike Menocker: who were not only rude to us, twice as we were instructed to go back, they refused to even let us speak.We finally ended up bringing it to this location, and what a wonderful experience it was. Big Mac and Jeremiah had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes and we were out of the door. They were a pleasure to work with and were pretty funny as well. They even helped drop our trailer! Give these guys a raise or two! Hell, let them run the company, they are the best reps I have ever come into contact with in my now 6 experiences in a Cruise RV.Thanks guys!
