He was very helpful and we were able to buy the house and compete with 50+ more offers! We got it! In 2022 we listed the same house for sale through him as our listing agent. It was a different time for the market but we were able to achieve our sale listing price. Because the house was in an HOA, there were some funds being hold in escrow by the HOA after close of escrow. June: As the executor of a trust, I had a very unique 1 acre property to sell in Mountain View. I needed a realtor with contacts with developers. Darren Wilford was one of 3 realtors that my lawyer recommended. After interviewing all three I decided to hire Darren because he was the only one who came back with a DETAILED 5 page analysis with numbers justifying the selling price. Darren WORKS HARD for you before you hire him and he will continue to WORK HARD for you after you hire him.Darren pays attention to DETAILS. While doing his initial research he found a discrepancy in the lot size of the property between what was recorded by Santa Clara County, the MLS and the appraiser. This necessitated hiring a surveyor. Darren did all the front end research and presented me with a few people to interview and I decided who to hire. Darren did this several times when I needed a vendor.Darren is a man of INTEGRITY. I wanted the property sold “as is”. Darren overlooked specifying the buyer was to pay for the cost of toxic removal so he bore the cost himself.Darren is a GOOD COMMUNICATOR & was RESPONSIVE to my texts, phone calls and Emails. He answered all my questions and always kept me abreast of what was going on. During the course of the sale Darren had to have surgery and later on he contracted COVID but the quality of his work never suffered.
