Markham Plaza I was recently renovated with upgrades in exterior paint, recoating of existing roof, LED lighting on common spaces, interior appliances and furniture. Markham Plaza II is currently under renovation. The community offers amenities for residents such as computer room with scheduled classes, a library, TV rooms, a fitness center, a community room, on-site laundry facilities, and a three story gated parking structure. Markham Plaza has three on-site Resident Services Coordinators to assist residents on various social services.

Jackie U: I feel like I needed to share this today May 4, 2022 a elderly lady was called to the office at 9 AM she was there until 11:15am and nobody was able to help her she called me and I went to help her ask questions and she was toll to come back at 1pm because the lady went to lunch the elderly woman is diabetic and had no breakfast … this apartments most of them are elderly people they need to know how to be mis Compassion with elderly people and help them
asia huynh: My family and I moved in February, right before the whole lockdown, and the staff has been so amazing! Especially Angelina. Anytime we run into her around the complex, she asks us how we're doing and if we're enjoying our new unit. The unit is great, we have a beautiful view, but there has been SO many car break-ins. I feel safe in terms of the virus but physically? Not so much, but Angel has been assuring us that management is doing all they can. I hope they can fix this, I don't want to worry about having my card broken into every night.
Dannie Min: I’ve lived here for many years and moved out not too long ago. It was a great place to live and reasonable pricing. Apartment was spacious but unfortunately I had to move due to covid. Since the office staff has changed in the past year, I felt like their communication improved. Angel always greets everyone with a big smile and I think that’s what the office needed. They always seemed to be pushy and quick to get us out the office before. She’s always been patient, as far as I seen, and actually gives me a call back regarding any questions or maintenance request I’ve had to out in. The new maintenance staff is quick and very helpful too. I’ll miss this place. Maybe one day I’ll be back if I don’t buy a house by then. Thank you for everything Corde Terra!
Christine Huynh: Compared to where my parents used to live, I couldn’t be happier for them. Everywhere has its cons but the pros overruled it! They love it here. Angel assisted with my parents when they moved into their apartment. It’s small but I guess it’s because it’s a senior complex? It’s really nice though! They seem to be happier here and management along with their Maintenace staff are so helpful and quick.
Koretituia Tuia: I love my unit at Corde Terra! Thank you to the on-site manager Nga, for making the process quick and smooth! I have been waiting a long time for an affordable unit and thanks to Nga for making this such a pleasant experience, I am delighted to be moved in to my new home!
Caroline Tran: This review is overdue, I been living in this apartment complex for 4 years, it’s the perfect location because it’s on Tully . I never had a problem because the office will provide help for any of my concerns. The person that makes it easier for me her name is Angelina, she breaks down things for me when I find it complicated to understand. She is very professional and also easy to communicate with.
Thi Dao: I’ve been here for a couple months and finally get to make a review. I’m loving it so far. Angel has great hospitality. I have a two bedroom with great view! It’s spacious and location is decent.
Xuan Nguyen: Recently moved here couple months ago and this place is not bad compared to my old apartment. Staff wasn’t really informative and never gave me a remote for the garage and had bad communication. Some new girl started recently and she been very communicative, she gets back to my phones calls and gets my emergency work orders done quick the past month. Nice area but parking isn’t great. Already had my car towed without knowing That I couldn’t park in the reserved spots. Maybe they should tell us That when we move in to avoid the $400 fee at the tow yard.
Pierre Napoleon: I have been living at the Corde Terra Village for about 9 years ,so far it is one of the most affordable place in San Jose . Great place to raise your family . The swimming pool makes the village very enjoyable during the summer. The staff are always looking for ways to improve the quality of their service .Also ,they work diligently to meet the resident's needs . Make Corde Terra Village your home today ,you'll love it .

josie pacheco: I’ve been living here for 3 years, and i can honestly say that i love living here, the maintenance people have done a good job keeping this place clean, Our staff people are very nice and understandable, They are always so nice to me, when ever i need something to be fixed or done they try to do it right away. Jay, Alicia, Beto and diane are a good team.... The apartments are affordable and nice i recommend this place!
Ruben Bejinez: Hello my name is Ruben. I've been living here for 9 years with my family of 4. I never had a issue with nobody I get along with my neighbors. They have amazing maintenance worker's that keep this place clean through out the day. The management now is awesome They have been keeping this Apartments well organized and up to date. My family and I walk outside safely knowing that this places is well secured Thanks to Jay. Alicia and Diana are so nice and helpful.
