Mark Hodges: Professional and quick to respond. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of testing and explanation of services. The technician found the smallest leak on a new house, which turned out to be a pilot for a gas fireplace. Furthermore, the onsite technician explain all my options, ways to save money and what to monitor. Not sure if I got lucky with a great guy or a great company, but I can say the folks on the phone and onsite were great! -Mark

Mr. Shaun Phillips: The best part of the experience was my interactions with the two employees on site at the time; they answered all of my questions and gave me a replacement van to use when I found a minor problem with the vehicle I initially was assigned just after having driven off the site. I would certainly rent a vehicle from this location again.

Howard Chong: Picked up cargo van at 3 and there was no waiting. I was helped right away and got the van within 5 minutes.Staff was friendly and answered my questions. They let you park your car when you are using the rental but not sure how long. The van was clean and very good condition.
Zhe Cui: I rented a 15' truck to move some backyard furniture, very nice and smooth experience at this pickup/dropoff location, the staff there were professional and responsive, also I had a small issue with the insurance in the system and the staff promptly solved it for me in a short period of time which I truly appreciated.
Charles Carrillo: Nice to have a place like this for moving stuff when I don’t have a truck of my own.Workers were very helpful . Easy process got my washer and dryer moved and connected in record time.

Ali Zamanpour: These guys are amazing and put customer satisfaction as a primary. I had installed a hitch at another uhaul which I was not at all happy with their communication and quality of work. Brendan at this store spent a lot of time correcting and fixing my issues and is absolutely amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.I have always had great experience at this Uhaul because of the team there and managment for moving, rental, getting boxes. I'm lucky that I'm close to this location. keep it up guys....
David: I asked for a Ford. Was given a Chevy, I spent 10 minutes trying to find the right vehicle because I thought I had been assigned the Ford small van. Otherwise was in and out for both pickup and dropoff.

Andy Lim: It was my first time renting a trailer to be hooked up with my Tesla to help my in-law move her furnitures. Good location and the rate is very reasonable . The lady who worked there at that time Maria helped me select the right ball hitch and wiring adaptor so the trailer can be properly connected to the car. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had good experience throughout the whole process.

Jonathan Kohr: I came in needing to rent a van and the GM here went so far above and beyond to be accommodating to my situation. I wasnt able to get a van on my own, but the GM was extremely patient as he guided me through how a friend or family could help me secure a rental. I truly felt seen and cared for, and that's a personal touch that really made a difference for me! Someone needs to get this GM a raise and some sort of company recognition, not even kidding! Never experienced patience, smiles and such care related to customer service such as I had the pleasure of experiencing it with Waye. He clearly stays positive and his reassuring voice with calm down anyone. Can’t say enough about him.

Oh, and they were all working hard the whole time.I had an appointment to get a hitch installed at noon. I had planned on being there at least 3 hours, that's the wait time it says on the website. So, I went and had lunch. I came back 90 minutes later and Marco was 95% done with installing my hitch. I waited a few more minutes and he was finished!I'll definitely go back to the Alameda U-Haul!

When you walked in you will immediately be greeted by this gentleman with a huge smile & a positive energy.
