    Arnab Palit: Augustine was so awesome. He possesses excellent customer service skills and very helpful. He made sure to go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. USPS should PROMOTE employees like him! I loved how professional, respectful and courteous he was. Definitely coming back here once again!

The person working there was Augustine. He was friendly and extremely helpful: Telling me about priority mail for ~$0.20 more than just regular shipping, and answering my other questions. In

    Hanh Vu: . I think I can safely go to this location now without worrying it will be closed.2022 Post:Don’t even waste your time coming here. They never open when they say they will open. Often times they will be closed for lunch and say they will come back in an hour and they’re not back after two hours. At first I gave them a chance due to Covid but after this happening the last 3-4 times, there is just no excuse. For example, the sign says it opens 10am today, I am at the mall now and it is 11:22am and no one is there. There’s no sense of accountability and I’m not sure who is even running this office. But it should just be closed to save people time and energy of going to this site.

    Julie Le: It’s located on 1st floor between Nordstrom rack and Living Spaces. Two nice ladies working when I came at 2:57 pm on Saturday. They have stressful thankless jobs especially during the holidays so try to have patience of possible. We can all use some more love and compassion ❤️ Be well
