Marcus S: Forget about going to Home Depot or Lowe's for your plumbing needs, go to Ferguson! My mom's water heater broke and I wasted hours going to different Lowes and Home Depot to get help and none of them can help me. Either they sold me the wrong part or just flat out don't know anything. I finally found Ferguson and they immediately know what I need, and they didn't try to sell me anything. That's right! Turns out my water heater is still under warranty and they gave me the phone number to the manufacturer to file a case. I called the manufacturer, got a warranty replacement PO number, went back inside Ferguson and pick up the 400 dollar part and paid only 25 bucks in fees. Great service and knowledgeable staff! A++!

They loaded it in the car for me and staff was very friendly. If you are on the hunt for anything plumbing these are your guys don’t waste your time elsewhere.

Janice Carey: Superior customer service is the norm and they have a concern for their customers' receiving a quality product. Unfortunately, the store sold. The new owners do not stock parts for faucets but it will do ordering. The focus seems to be selling new more expensive plumbing fixtures. I could go to the old owners, get the part, get told how to fix it.. The new owners moved the store, it is not at Camden and Union. Selling changed the focus of the business.
Zhang Cheng: Ordered wall hung toilet from them in an emergency. They said it should be available to pick up the next day however the driver got into major delay. Anthony then arranged special delivery to the job site for me early next morning. The fact that they try to fix a bad situation for their customers is much appreciated.

Conleff sold me the Pfister retainer nut, and other components for my 40 years old shower faucet.

His patience and product knowledge go a long way. I originally tried to go through online showrooms for my plumbing purchases but discovered an abundance of confusion about ordering the correct parts.My products came in as expected although we ran into a small issue with a shower part Splashworks staff contacted the vendor right away to correct the issue. Very difficult to find a showroom with well-informed staff that care for our needs and go the extra mile.Highly recommend Splashworks for all your plumbing needs .. not only do they after high end products but also deliver customer satisfaction at the highest level.

Our family has been working on a home project all the way in Vietnam, and Tino has provided us with not only excellent quality products but also even better customer service. Between finding ways to send our products back to Vietnam in the midst of a pandemic, and staying responsive despite the time difference, Tino was a true professional and made sure that we were pleased with what we got. And we were definitely please with what we got. Our kitchens, bathrooms, bar rooms and other areas in the houses are all equipped with sinks and faucets from SplashWorks, as well as toilets, showerheads, bathtubs, etc. Having lived in our new home for almost 2 months already, all the items are working perfectly and look amazing. We are very pleased with Tino and look forward to working with again!
Debbie Donovan: My designer scheduled an appointment at SplashWorks early in the pandemic. Eric provided excellent direction when we discussed all the areas needing plumbing and fixtures. Narrowing of choices is the hardest for me and he did a great job highlighting the ones that fit my taste. In photos everyone has commented on the wet bar area, especially the sink.
Jim Jacobson: As the general contractor for James Jacobson Construction, SplashWorks is definitely the place to get all of your plumbing fixtures, sinks, and knobs/pulls. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and overall are a pleasure to work with. Also, the store is very clean and the displays give you a great idea of the different types of finishes you can use when it comes to choosing your knobs/pulls and matching it to your plumbing fixtures. You can see in these photos from a kitchen I remodeled that the products they provide are beautiful and the quality is excellent that lasts for years upon years!
